I do apologize that you were unhappy with your stay! Unfortunately, we do not offer valet, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Upon taking a look, it seems that your two rooms had been under different names, so here at the hotel we did not see that you had two rooms to preassign next to each other ahead of time. This would have had to be requested upon check-in time, and is based on what available rooms we had at the time. Next time you stay with us please do not hesitate to call us at the Front Desk for us to see if we can assign the rooms next to each other prior to your arrival!
