I get the impression the place is struggling due the the efforts so upsell at check in Wrote a review on trip-advisor outlining this and raised it at the time and got nothing but a gaslight from the management. Don’t expect your deposit back when you leave either. They demand payment in full for the food and drinks you’ve bought and retain the deposit for several months! Not a good hotel.

这次入住 Conrad Manila，整体体验非常满意，确实符合五星级饭店的水准。饭店地理位置相当优越，邻近 Mall of Asia，无论购物、用餐或前往机场都非常方便，对旅客来说是一大加分。房间空间宽敞、设计现代且质感十足，整体乾净舒适。床铺非常好睡，软硬适中，让人一夜好眠。最令人印象深刻的是房间的海景视野，尤其傍晚时分可以欣赏马尼拉湾的夕阳，景色相当迷人，十分放松。服务方面表现专业且贴心，从入住到退房，饭店人员态度亲切、效率良好，让人感受到宾至如归的感觉。公共设施维护得宜，无论是游泳池、健身房或公共空间，都保持得相当乾净且有质感。早餐选择丰富，口味不错，环境舒适，适合悠闲地开始一天的行程。整体而言，Conrad Manila 是一间兼具舒适度、景观与服务品质的高级饭店，非常适合商务出差、情侣或想要享受高品质住宿体验的旅客。

Pros - Clean - There’s a small fun fair out the front so it’s a good spot for families Cons - 40 minutes trying to check in due to staff trying to conniving me to the pay an extra $2000 for a room upgrade.. just went on and on… - Difficult to get through to reception as it’s often engaged - Incessant hammering throughout the day. - Upon check- out they ambushed me with a demand for the whole bill instead of deducting the deposit from it and asking me to pay the difference! Heard the same from another guest so was kind of prepared… to wait months to get my deposit back! - View has been completely ruined by a huge man made island being constructed in the bay… it will only get worse over time - There’s not much around apart from the fun fair.. it’s a huge drive to the city as the traffic in mamilla is gridlocked and the hotel is a long way out Get the impression the place knows its going out of business… the place felt desperate

Spacious room with clean bathroom and toilet, location very convenient to malls such as SMaison and MoA. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was pretty good as well

If you come for an event at Mall of Asia. This is definiitely place to stay. Every staff are really helpful with great hospitality. Room is superb! definitely come back!

非常好的体验！酒店内一切都打理得好整齐乾净，前枱跟管家服务都很周到，还得到康莱得招牌公仔一只?? 这一次订的是泳池景观豪华房间。有泳池景之外还有部份湾景跟日落景观看。不过，房间隔音需要改善。 3楼check in 的招牌景观的日落简直令人心动不已。泳池设计简而精要，有冲身区、沙发区、池边水吧，后面就是健身房，设施不远且俱全。尝试了3楼自助晚餐brasserie on 3，除了中式，有西式、印式、宾式，还有日式，但菜肴种类就比较单一，性价比就一般。 ?

not so much during holiday the parking is so hard. but im not sure coz we went to the back. but atleast give us direction we were ask to open our luggage coz we are entering thru mall parking. but technically they share parking with the mall. hassle for having to do that. its really inconvenient other than parking thats it

The layout of the hotel is not fitting for a “luxury” hotel like they claim. Their service is only surface level friendly but not helpful at all. Those who have stayed in plenty of hotels would understand that what we need is the hotel staff actually being helpful. I purchased breakfast during check in, I mentioned it many times that it’s for my father who needs to leave early in the morning, the next day we found out the front desk did not register this purchase and my dad told me the staff were super unhelpful and even rude. The check in line was so long yet they couldn’t even do their task right. Another unpleasant surprise is that big hotels usually deliver the items door front, isn’t this part of the service? But Conrad won’t even allow the item to reach their lobby (third floor), let alone deliver it to your room. Lastly, their furniture are so old, like the TV we couldn’t even watch or even close it. Their shower and toilet door keeps smacking onto the glass door Bec of poor structure. All these makes it an unpleasant stay. My first time leaving a bad review ever.

Love Conrad's location next to MOA, love their fitness gym, dry and wet saunas and huge swimming pool. All the staff members were very friendly and professional making our stay wonderful. Also enjoyed the lunch buffet, delicious variety of foods, and great waiter service. Thank you Conrad hotel for providing exceptional services.
