Excellent experience to have it with your couple. Will get you in touch with your inner self, with the significant other and with the nature. Recommend this experience 200%. Gerardo will help and guide your senses through this sensitive experience.

The rooms are great as well as the restaurants. Staff are very friendly but what we didn’t like is the fact that we were not told of the free rides that they offered to playa del Carmen and the tour as you go shopping. The resort offers few free activities within the resort that are fun like snorkeling and kayaking.

Went kayaking with Fátima and had a lot of fun the cenote águila was beautiful and she was great guise, also enjoyed Senses with Gerardo very meditative and something a bit different than all the other activvities would recommend both!

My family and i had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hotel Hcienda Tres Rios. Family time was great and enjoyed all the daily activities poolside and the late evening activities in the sports bar where there was singing and dancing entertainment to be had after dinner. Swimming pool facilities was great but could not use the beach to go for a swim due to the presance of Sargassum Seaweed in the water which might be common at this time of the year. The enviroment was very relaxing and pleasurable, and the rooms were astonishing and comfortable. The only noise were eminating from the sports bar which occured in the late evening that brought some additional cheer and relaxation to our stay which was most welcome . Service was excellent and facilities and amenities were in top order. Hotel renovation works and future plans are just amaizing and worth the effort made to come to Cancun.

Excelente lugar, limpio, comida muy rica, el personal muy amable, varias amenidades y cafeteria, gimansio, había zargazo en el mar pero este hotel cuenta con una laguna por donde pasan dos rios hacia el mar y se puede nadar bastante bien

Un Hotel que supera las expectativas. Sus Cenotes son muy hermosos. En la Alberca La atención de Edgar (Mesero) y Cristian (Bartender) es espectacular. El Tour en bicis por parte de Ada fue increíble, es una experta en el tour. En el servicio el personal es excelente Sin Embargo el Menu de Room Service esta muy limitado.
