Place was nice for what you pay, some staff were rude but it may just be a bad system. They kept saying on the system I did not pay for my room which I did on here or when I was checking out the city tax which in fact I did but it was probably just a system issue. It is a nice place to stay in comparison to a hoste
Für eine Nacht war es okay für den Preis von 38 €. Dachgeschoss Zimmer. Die Heizung war übertrieben laut. Ich hatte zum Glück AirPods. Die Toilette hatte braune Spritzer dich dann selber entfernt habe. Die Badewanne war sauber und das Wasser war ziemlich hei?. Wie gesagt für den Preis war’s okay eine Nacht.
We stayed three nights, room was clean, everything was great for the price. Location was good.
The only negative point was the single bed for the third person, which was not in good condition and was not comfortable at all, tbh it was not a bed!
It would have been great if there was an electric kettle and a pair of slippers for the toilet in the room.
Overall good stay for our purposes, fitting 3 people and a decent location to explore Frankfurt. More than enough for one night and would stay again for the price. Thank you!

The staff was always missing on the service desk. I had to wait 10 minutes for a person to appear both when checking in and out - not that much, but very irritating when you’re tired or in a hurry.
Cleanliness of the room was quite average, some dust in the bed, so felt a bit but uncomfortable.
