I have been staying at the Emerald Hotel on and off for at least seven to eight years, and I’ve never had an issue with the property. I continue to rate my overall experience as excellent. My comment here is more of an observation than a complaint. Since the spa opens at 08:00, one would expect everything to be ready for use at that time, sauna warmed up, amenities prepared, and the area fully set. However, on several occasions, the pool still had the cleaning snake operating and plugged in, and the sauna had not yet been turned on. In my opinion, the spa should be fully prepared before guests arrive. This seems like an easy fix—simply have someone come in a bit earlier to ensure the facilities are ready right at opening time. Ideally, preparations should begin around 07:00 so everything is ready for use by 08:00. With that said, I will absolutely continue staying at the Emerald Hotel. It remains a top-notch location with an outstanding staff. Regards, Gordon

V?ldigt trevligt och proffsigt bem?tande i reception. Milj?n n?r man kommer in till hotellet ?r v?ldigt fin. Rummet ?r fantastiskt snyggt och man blir glad n?r man ?ppnar d?rren in till rummet och m?ts av en snygg inredning och en otroligt sk?n s?ng.

Stayed there for 2 nights on june 2025 , room was clean the owner was very helpfull and the view was amazing , but the kitchen staff was rude, they were answering ironical . I would deff be back again but the staff should be taught to serve and answer in a proper way to the client.

Quite place, reasonable price. If you are looking for stay not for relax maybe good to go.
