Although in need of a lot of updating , the rooms are clean and fit for purpose. The big winner at this travelodge is the staff they were all very interactive and lovely reading some of the reviews before me I was sceptical but I highly recommend to try before you pass judgement, I stood and spoke to a young lady who I believe was the manager and she could not have been more informative of where to go and what to do. although this is a budget hotel which is the standard of the building don’t get me wrong but the staff here are five star worthy could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable we have enjoyed Worcester thoroughly so will be back very soon to stay here too.

Lovely little hotel , in need of an update but if you’re staying in the city centre it works well as a nice place to drop your head after a busy day and night out. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and will definitely be coming here again soon as we have plenty more nights out planned with the lads in the future

Really average. Beds OK Room smaller than competitors and too small as a family room. Great location in the middle of town by the cathedral. Was fine for an overnighter, I would have been less happy the longer I stayed here.

Although not easy to find as tucked away, Travelodge Worcester City Centre is a little gem. Super friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean room. Comfy bed. Situated at the end of the High Street with lots of restaurants and bars minutes away. Really reasonably priced too. The in site ‘cafe’ not very welcoming but loads of places to eat nearby.

If you’re lucky enough to be allocated a larger room with cathedral views this makes for a pleasant stay. I was unfortunate enough to be lulled into this false sense of security when I used this Travelodge last year. Fast forward to this week and we were given a much smaller room with not such great views. I can accept that, it’s a Travelodge and my expectations aren’t usually so high! I can’t lower my expectations of expecting a clean room with a reasonably comfortable bed. I had neither. The room had been cleaned but only superficially, the mattress needs replacing asap due to sagging. Our room was across the corridor from a couple who left unwrapped, soiled nappies in a bucket on the corridor - not outside their own door! Think twice before staying here!

We have stayed here previously and once again had a good nights stay. The hotel is in a very convenient location in the centre of Worcester and the N.C.P. car park is adjacent, cost ￡12.00 for 24 hours. Hotel room was clean, beds comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, excellent choice and well prepared. Overall amazing value for a budget hotel, will definitely use again.

After reading the reviews on trip advisor was kinda dreading coming to stay now. How unnecessary was my fear, totally! it was fabulous. Lovely receptionist Kate from the start, bubbly, welcoming and very informative. We had pre reserved room 501 and it was the best decision ever. Beautiful view of the cathedral, not overlooked at all. Room was clean and fresh. The entire building is clean and looked after, nothing like the reviews stated. Really both felt very relaxed in our room, and enjoyed every minute of staying. Only slight criticism was the shower, it was awful, no water pressure at all and this made it hard to wash your hair, etc. but that’s not something that can be fixed easily. The bed isn’t a quality mattress but then it’s not a premium price hotel. So again, you get what you paid for. Great location everything on the doorstep, and car park right next door. Isn’t cheap at ￡36 for the 3 night stay we booked. But again this was our choice, not a fault of Travelodge. Thank for a great stay for my Birthday and we 100% will return in the spring when a little warmer! lol

Great little stay, clean room,lovely breakfast everything worked, and Abbey was really helpful. Will definitely be back in the summer.

We stayed at the Travelodge in Worcester and were really happy with it. It's right in the city center, so everything you need is close by, which is super handy. The room was clean, big, and comfy. But what made our stay great was the restaurant, mainly because of Karen, who works there. When she's there, the place just feels better. She manages everything so well and always has a smile for everyone, which is nice. The food comes out fast, and she's just so friendly and professional that we had a good time every time we ate there. We missed her when she wasn't working! She really cares about her work that makes us want to go back. She's what makes the restaurant great, and staff like her make the whole place special.

Alarm going off all night! No apologies or anything, no reason why! Then happy hour is the bar cafe paid ￡7.99 for a little can when you can buy them for ￡1 in a shop! Absolutely ridiculous!
