We would just like to thank the lovely Abbey & Charlene on reception on Sunday evening for their 5 star service. Such lovely, friendly girls, who made sure we had a lovely room with great views. Gave good advice on restaurants and were just so professional, going above board to assist us! Many thanks ladies. We will be back!

Was a lovely stay, clean room pleasant staff , decent breakfast can’t really knock it for the price , spoke to one of the managers when checking out and she couldn’t have been more helpful with where to go and what to see before we left to go home. Would recommend brilliant for a city centre hotel.

Convenient location. Lovely comfy beds and bedding. Amazing view of the city from our 5th floor room. Expensive parking at more than double the price of other places. Car park was mostly empty during our stay. Unfortunately our room was very cold due to a poor heating system (tiny electric convector heater). Also I think there’s a problem with the drains which caused a smelly atmosphere on occasion. On balance I don’t think we’ll be staying here again.

Nice Travelodge which is right in the centre of Worcester so a very good base for exploring the city. Delicious breakfast with plenty to choose from, clean rooms and not too expensive. Also found the rooms to be quiet, very low amount of noise.

After a little confusion of trying to find the entrance, which there are two, on 2 different levels, one in the corner to the right of Starbucks down a corridor and also one on the first floor, we were greeted by Kate. Kate was so lovely and helpful, assisting us with directions to the local restaurants and also letting us know about the breakfast options & Happy Hour in the Bar Cafe! The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Parking however was an issue. The website gives the postcode of the back of the NCP carpark which has been closed since Christmas 2024! If you wish to park in that carpark, then try and put in the postcode of the hotel, as the entrance of the carpark is literally next door to the hotel on Cathedral Square. We ended up parking at St Martins Gate carpark for ￡4.20 for 24 Hrs and it was a 7 minute walk away from the hotel. This hotel is ideally located, with nice views, we would certainly return.

This Travelodge was very easy to book online and a bargain ￡26 per room. Breakfast is extra but it is a buffet style 'eat as much as you want'. The location is extremely good, right by the cathedral and high street. Our train only went to Shrub Hill which was a bit further to walk than Foregate Street, but very easy. The Travelodge staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bright and well maintained. All lifts working well. The buffet breakfast was very good, hot items were hot(!) and freshly cooked. Lots of cereal choices, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, croissants, toast etc. etc. The interior of this Travelodge seemed a little shabby- lots of bits of half peeled off hazard tape to be seen, but overall clean and well maintained. I would certainly stay here again next time I come to Worcester.
