酒店有点老了，但维护好，酒店注重环保，未提供一次性牙具，拖鞋，毛巾，停车方便，晚到也有车位，早餐特别好，种类丰富，服务好。游泳池乾净。

View cantik. Boleh healing tepi pantai. Malam boleh makan ditepi pantai. Bilik besar dan selesa. Cuma toiletries dia sikit. Tkde berus gigi dan makwnan breakfast tk bnyk pilihan serta agak mahal untuk tambahan.
Boleh ke ktcc dengan jalan kaki je. So far semuanya ok. Parking pun cukup dan free.Harga bilik berpatutan.

Walaupun pengalaman sukar buat saya dan suami berlaku ketika menginap di hotel ini, di mana saya tiba2 mengalami pendarahan dan keguguran pada malam pertama, tapi pihak hotel sangat prihatin dan beri kerjasama sewaktu ambulance datang ambil saya, dan manager hotel mengambil berat dengan bertanya khabar keadaan saya, kemudian pada keesokkan harinya manager hotel mewakili pihak hotel telah menghadiahkan sebakul buah-buahan dengan ucapan 'get well soon'. Saya dan suami rasa sungguh terharu dengan sikap ambil tahu pihak hotel. Terima kasih Primula Beach Hotel ??

Got cockroach in the room.

The room is in a strategic location, close to the city with a sea view. The staff were helpful, but the mattress was quite old and you could feel the sagging springs. The bathroom was also not very clean, possibly due to its age, with a damaged door. The overall quality and maintenance need improvement.

Not worth the price overall. Need to upkeep the maintenance and keep the price competitive

I had a pleasant stay at Primula. Everything was good, great location, comfortable room, and nice view. The only issue was the shower pipe, which seemed a bit faulty and made it a bit difficult to take a shower. Other than that, it was a satisfying stay overall.

Disappointed with the room. Clearly need upgrading and refurbishment. Very old hotel. Location is good. Breakfast spread has nasi dagang.
