Walaupun hotel ini agak lama tapi masih ada gah lagi. Bantalnya sudah tidak seempuk dulu. Begitu juga dengan tilam tapi masih boleh tidur nyenyak. Yang diperbaiki dan ditambahbaik adalah TV dan siarannya. Breakfast memang superb. Sedap semuanya dan menu banyak pilihan. Namun bayaran nya agak mahal setanding harga di Genting. Kolam renang memang best. Kena cuba kerana suasana yang nyaman dan permandangan cantik.

I got room 412. The room facing parking and can KTCC & Drawbridge. It also a walking distance if you want go to KTCC. It's very near! Got it for rm250+ only for double bed room. And one bed can fit 2 people
This hotel near with the beach and have pool and playground. The breakfast was not so good my parents say the other P hotel have a better food and more range of food. The hotel kinda old style. But it's okay. It's hotel in middle of town. Near to go to Pasar Payang.
There's funny story that when I enter room there's no towel.but hours after that, the housekeeping staff come and knocked my door slowly. Just knocked without stay anything ?? so we thought salah dengar HAHAHA ?? maybe the staff was intern??

The rooms and location were satisfactory. ?Enjoyed the stay and have a good breakfast. ?Highly recommended for a stay.

The hotel could be a bit more generous with drinking water. The 2 tiny bottles aren’t enough even for the evening. Each additional bottle requested is Rm2.
The air con outlet was so filthy and looks like moulds sitting on the surfaces. The level of maintenance is poor with dirty sofa chair and tilted lampshade.
The hotel could do away with plastic flowers in the toilet if it is unable to keep it clean.
No bathtub mats available for room with shower inside bathtubs. Luckily a room change on day 2 is possible.
The hotel’s close proximity to the beach and the mall is a plus. Nice sea view from our rooms too.

做为一家当地比较老牌的酒店，从房间的和设施的新旧程度上确实有些老旧，不过做为一家四星酒店该有的设施也都有。
房间很大，我们住的这间能看到海，每间都配一个小阳台，看日出，晒衣服很方便。
早餐基本都是当地食物，品质都不错，住客也都以本地人为主，晚上草坪有美食大排挡，出去就是沙滩。
地理位置非常好，从后门到商场步行KTCC五分钟，对面有几家中餐馆海鲜不错，十分钟步行范围内当地餐食和摊点更多。步行到吊桥20分钟。
非常适合亲子上下岛作为中转酒店。

This hotel is outdated, need to refurbish. The pool however is great for kids, have playground and access to the beach(cannot swimming). They serve nasi dagang in their buffet breakfast but the coffee machine is not functioning well. Hotel need to consider to repair it. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Booked Delux Double room, but provided us with Twin room (2 single bed). The reason from the reception is because Double room was not available. But how I can get booking for Delux Double??
Very old hotel, price is not worth for this kind of hotel.
Location still great, just beside the shopping mall and seaside.

Even though hotel is quite old.. but the hotel service is maintain 4 stars..
Room is comfortable. I’m very lucky because my room is faces to the sea view on 8th floor.
Food on breakfast need to more efficient, i came down on 8pm++.. certain food not topup and the people is increase to join the meals but the food is no enough.
I can rate 4 stars for overall.
Can repeat in the future.
