This is one of the best hotels that you can get in entire Kerala, let alone Munnar. Everything related to the hotel is EXCELLENT. Service, amenities, staff, food, location, cleanliness, room size, anything and everything is 10/10. We stayed in the standard room, which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The view is superb. Kudos to the hotel’s management, to make this an extremely memorable trip for us. Would definitely stay here, only, in case we go again to Munnar.

Our families came from Canada and had the experience of a lifetime at the Panoramic Getaway. The quality of service and cuisine was outstanding. The wellness centre was exception and everyone we came across treated us with incredible hospitality. I recommend this oasis to everyone that has the privilege to visit Kerala. We can’t wait to visit again!

Odd hotel that has seen better days. It is more catered to tour groups. The room set ups to get to were odd with the stair system. There were parts of the facility that needed work. The rooms were very large and really quite bland. Breakfast was average in comparison to other spots in Central Europe. The staff were most fine and the area itself is striking.

Everything from Receiving at the airport to Drop off was of a very high quality. Service of all the departments was exceptional. We felt so much at home and pampered by the staff.The location and scenic beauty was heavenly. Fully satisfied with our stay.

Its a great hotel and the rooms are good. The suite is very nice with a nice swing and balcony. We stayed with kids and they have swings and activity room to keep kids busy The food is also quite tasty and we likes everything we ordered. All staff was friendly and courteous. Best feature is thier temperature controlled pool. It was amazing to enter the pool even in nice mountain winds Would recommended it to everyone

Top Hotel in Top Lage. Alle Zimmer mit Balkonen von der vorbeiführenden Stra?e abgewandt, mit Blick auf die Berge und in das weite Tal. Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich motiviert und freundlich. Der Rezeptionist ?Mani“ genie?t meine besondere Wertsch?tzung. Ihnen werden bei jeden Anliegen kurzfristig L?sung und Vorschl?ge angeboten. Die Zimmer und B?der sind modern und sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Sie finden 2 Restaurants am Platze vor. 1x Indisch und Chinesisch und das Zweite hie? Underground und sollte gegrilltes anbieten. Das kann ich aber nicht best?tigen. Es schmeckt in beiden sehr gut. Der absolute Hammer ist der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach, mit Liegen Drumherum und Handtuch Service. Es gibt an allen Pl?tzen, Wegen und G?ngen viele Pflanzen. Diese schaffen eine sehr angenehme Atmosph?re. Wir haben uns hier zuhause gefühlt. Das Hotel liegt 20Minuten TucTuc Fahrt au?erhalb von Munnar, aber günstig für die umliegenden Besichtigungen. Wir waren froh, etwas au?erhalb zu sein. Die Empfehlung ist absolut uneingeschr?nkt, mit Sternchen ??.

D?ner de qualité au restaurant à 2 reprises Nous avons séjourné hors de l’h?tel mais nous y avons diné deux fois. Service international professionnel et cuisine indienne classique bien ma?trisée. Temps d’attente plut?t dans la moyenne. Nous conseillons ce restaurant qui est très largement au dessus des autres que nous avons testés en 3 jours sur Munnar. Nous regrettons cependant que le restaurant Desi Aromas n’ait pas une fiche indépendante de l’h?tel. Si notre chambre d’h?te ne nous l’avait pas conseillé, nous ne l’aurions pas identifié.

Upon arrival, the entry experience did not meet the standard of warmth and hospitality that one would expect in the service industry. While the lack of a truly welcoming ambiance may be a matter of personal perception, the overall "vibe" of the hotel from the moment I stepped through the doors was not as inviting as it could have been. This is an area that the hotel management may wish to address to ensure a consistently positive first impression for all guests. Regarding my request for a room on a higher floor, I understand that the hotel may have faced availability constraints. However, the response from the front desk lady manager was delivered in a rather unusual manner, which left me feeling a bit unsettled. A more professional approach would have been to acknowledge my request, explain the situation politely, and offer alternative solutions or suggestions, rather than making assumptions about my booking preferences. The front desk manager's statement about prioritizing bookings from the hotel's website over third-party platforms is particularly concerning. This response demonstrates a lack of understanding of the modern hospitality landscape and the diverse booking preferences of guests. A more guest-centric approach would be to accommodate requests fairly, regardless of the booking channel, and to identify ways to enhance the direct booking experience rather than discriminating against guests. I strongly believe that comprehensive training for the hotel's employees would be a worthwhile investment. Equipping the frontline staff with the skills to deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a culture of warmth, empathy, and problem-solving, can significantly improve the overall guest experience. This, in turn, can positively impact the hotel's reputation and competitiveness within the industry. I hope that my insights can be valuable for the hotel's management team to address any service gaps and ensure their employees are prepared to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all guests. By implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, the hotel can differentiate itself and better meet the evolving expectations of today's discerning travelers.
