Regarding how much money we paid and what kind of service we received, this is just an amazing hotel, it's hard to convey how kind the staff here are, they always try to help. all the staff, very nice girls at the reception helped with all the questions, I would like to say thank you to the people who helped with things, opened and closed the door to the hotel. the pool was large and clean, and there was a very good order. The breakfasts for the elections are quite hearty pancakes, omelets, porridge, everything is very tasty and fresh. The rooms have soft beds - the only thing is that the pillows are very large, everything else was fine, the rooms are clean, the water is hot for the hotel, for such a price - it's just a great choice.

The front desk staff (particularly Lacey) were so kind and helpful. The pool area is really nice in concept but practicality isn’t there. There were only 6 or 8 lounge chairs and a couch set, there is not enough room for people to actually use it. Because of the lack of seating we only used the pool twice(for maybe 2 hours each time) our whole stay. Booking tours thru them is very convenient, but they charge the amount plus take where if you book at one of the information centers it’s just a flat rate.

I never experienced a hotel like Tropicana Suite , their Reservations Manager Danah is very kind and treats customer's requests with serious care. I have some booking issue and contact them , their response was very quick and full of warm, human touch. They were also willing to match agent's price for us. I'm very appreciated their excellent service and will book again when I travel in Manila.

今までで私にとって最高のホテルでした。期待以上のサービスを提供しています。1ベッドルームスチュディオに宿泊しました。リビングルームとベッドルームは広々としていて、バルコニーや窓が利用できない他のホテルのように圧迫感はありません。。给汤器も问题なく动作し、Wi-FiはFreeです。プールも広かった。スタッフは素晴らしく、とても亲切でした。全体的に私たちの滞在は素晴らしく、次回マニラに宿泊する际には必ずトロピカーナスイートを选びます。

Room #3 was quite big but had issues. The road was very noisy as was the elevator noise every time it was used. The shower head was wacky which made it very hard to get a shower besides having no hot water. The positive side was the breakfast was good but you have to pay for a side of toast! Would not recommend for the price paid. We had friends who stayed on the 2nd floor which they liked better. It is close to the center of town. We did take a tour they offered to Starfish Beach which we liked very much.

Great location , kind staff , great restaurant . However our rooms were on a noisy street, in front of a bar , loud at night .

The hotel is a bit far from the airport, but there are convenience stores and cafés within walking distance, which is very convenient. Although the building feels a little old, it is kept clean. I just wish the amenities were a bit more complete.

Overall good experience. Friendly staffs. Single water bottle (500ml) per person Food both local and continental available. Free food for kids (my daughter was 4 years old) However, the unpleasant part was that there were no openable windows in the bedroom or the bathroom
