Outstanding! Alila Diwa provided us with the service and exclusivity we needed. Everyone was so attentive and dedicated. The rooms are very large and very well equipped with amenities and toiletries. A most relaxing experience, which helped us to recover from our daily stress at home. We will return, and hopefully stay longer!

What stood out to me was that Alila Diwa genuinely has something for everyone. Nothing felt overdone or excessive—just the bare minimum, thoughtfully executed, and somehow more than sufficient. Whether it’s the spaces, the experiences, or the overall pace, everything is designed with restraint and intent, allowing you to find your own rhythm rather than being overwhelmed by options. It’s a quiet kind of completeness that feels rare and refreshing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alila Diwa Goa. We were amazed by the beautifully maintained green territory (the banyan trees are gorgeous), the pools with water features, the relaxing atmosphere, and the excellent service throughout the resort. The dinner at the Spice restaurant was exceptional and absolutely delicious. Overall, the food was very tasty across all restaurants, and the stunning infinity pool made our stay even more memorable. The service was outstanding, with very attentive and genuinely pleasant staff who made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely love to return!

Absolutely loved the stay. It's a beautiful property with every better staff. there were super friendly . The facilities are well maintained. Only one feedback _ hoping they can arrange more and better shuttles to the beach

Великолепный отель. Большой, удобный номер, в котором все продумано до мелочей и очень понравилось. Современный стильный интерьер, огромная ванная комната. Отличная большая кровать, мягкая мебель в номере и на веранде. Наслаждались каждым моментом пребывания. Относительно компактная, очень красивая и ухоженная территория отеля. Вкусные завтраки по меню в ресторане. Красивые интерьеры ресторана и ресепшен. Несколько ресторанов, красивые бассейны с удобными лежаками. Прекрасный, вежливый персонал. Нас заселили на три часа раньше, мы благодарны отелю. Единственное, был забронирован номер с двумя кроватями, предоставили номер с одной. С учетом размера кровати это не стало большой проблемой, просто взяли дополнительное одеяло, но сначала было несколько неприятно. С удовольствием вернулась бы в этот отель.

Шикарный клиентоориентированный отель. Номера чистые, территория очень зеленая, до пляжа недалеко. Очень вкусные коктейли, есть несколько прекрасных бассейнов. Пляж отличный.

Beautiful resort. Our room was lovely with a huge bathroom, great shower and latgetub, huge closets, and a large terrace leading to a lawn which was adjacent to the pool. The grounds are beautiful, service excellent. Several onsite restaurants were good and a variety food. To get to the beach you have to either take a 5 m shuttle or walk about 15 minutes down the road (somewhere they advertised a boardwalk through rice paddies but either that doesn’t exist or the hotel staff don’t know about it.) The beach itself was nice, beautiful sand, Alex’s beach shack provides chairs and umbrellas if you spend a little money on food/drinks. Water was calm and warm and clean. The onsite spa was beautiful but the service there was spotty in terms of communication and some of the front desk staff didn’t seem to be clear about what they were doing - we were told they were outsourced. I wound up going to the massage place right outside the gate on the way to the beach and had on of the best massages of my life for a quarter of the price, albeit without the ambience.

I had an exceptional stay. Two people truly made the experience special. Nanveesh welcomed me and took care of me from the moment I arrived, and Anjum served an outstanding dinner while thoughtfully educating me on Indian cuisine. First-class service all the way.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like v.i.p's. This hotel and its staff are very special. The whole hotel is immaculate & staff work very hard to keep it that way.. The service is top notch & everyone went above & beyond for us on our 2 week stay. We enjoyed the cookery and cocktail classes. The effort and thought for our anniversary was overwhelming & very much appreciated. Sweet treats delivered to our room were tasty. We enjoyed the entertainment in Vivo in the evenings. A bon voyage cupcake at breakfast on our final morning was a thoughtful gesture. We really do hope Colins bird watching class kicks off as we enjoyed watching for the peahens, kingfishers & eagles each morning with him. Towel art was amazing...a dog, monkey, swan and a pair if swans, well done housekeeping staff in keeping us amused. Hope to see you all again!
