Belles infrastructures mais service à améliorer Un sublime h?tel digne d’un compte de fées mais quelques désagréments qui gachent le tout: wifi ne fonctionne pas, les draps du lit sont sales à l’arrivée dans la chambre etc. Inadmissible dans un 5 etoiles

Если Вы любите роскошь и красоту, то рекомендую прикоснуться к кусочку рая в отеле Alila Diwa. Шикарные веранды в номерах с собственным садом, огромный бассейн, отличный персонал, нас бесплатно заселили раньше и позволили выехать на 3 часа позднее, предлагали помощь во всем. Нам понравилось Поедем еще.

We booked the Alila Suite for 7 nights over the Christmas period and enjoyed our stay. It has its strengths and weaknesses but all in all it's a nice property. It's a typical Hyatt in the way that the design is modern but the maintenance is a bit lacking. For example, you have nice wooden doors but sun-bleached and needing new stain. Airport transfers were included within the Suite room rate of 520,000 INR (approx ￡520) per night and these were good to have. The Alila Suite itself is a big room but sparsely decorated and felt underwhelming. The room feels unproportionate. For example, the luggage area is very small and behind a door that is in the way whereas in the main bedroom area there is tons of surplus space. We used the hotel gym on most mornings which is a decent size and good equipment if there are less than 8 people using it. The breakfast experience is sub-optimal. There should be eggs available in the buffet but you have to order these and wait 20 minutes. This makes the restaurant more crowded than it needs to be as people are waiting around needlessly. To get a coffee we found it better to go up to the area where they are making it than wait for someone to get coffee for us. The restaurants are below the standard we were expecting. The food is underwhelming and needs some guidance. The service staff can be great for 20 minutes and then forget you exist for 30 minutes. This is a general theme in the hotel. We can't help but feel that a Swiss trained hotel manager could do wonders with the hotel and raise standards. The bar is good and they had live music for 5 of the 7 nights. The musicians were very good apart from one night when it was so bad that we had tears of laughter running down our faces! The swimming pool is nice and large. At the far corner of the pool you can stare over the negative edge and watch the birds picking fish out of the small pond in the reeds which was relaxing in an intoxicating manner. There are the usual unsupervised kids playing ball games in the pool so expect the occasional bang on the head from a wayward pass but as the pool is quite large you can avoid them most of the time. The pool runs out of towels during the day so we started keeping our towels in our room. We walked down to the beach for the magnificent sunsets on 3 evenings. It's a 15 min walk each way or you can get the hotel's shuttle bus. The room housekeeping was of an excellent standard and every day we would return to find some new towel art on the bed. Take a look at the photo of the 7 days accumulated towel art we took. The hanging monkey is the best! The best hotel staff were the landscaping team. They produced magnificent gardens which were a joy to walk around. Great work!

Das Alila Diwa im Club Wing hat uns gut gefallen. Zu erw?hnen ist das sehr gute Essen, die sch?nen Restaurants und die relaxte Atmosph?re im Club. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Anlage und die Zimmer/Suiten sind gepflegt. Defekte Sonnenschirme sollte *** am Club Pool reparieren oder ersetzten. Das Hotel ist nicht direkt am Meer hat aber einen effizienten Shuttle bis 7 Uhr Abends. Die Pools sind sehr gross und sch?n. Ein sehr gutes Hotel für entspannte Tage in Goa …
