Perhaps the smell was from an adjacent unit, since these units are condos that have their own kitchen. Therefore, guests are able to cook as they like. In addition, we do sterilize and deodorize all these units before each guest's arrival. We haven't heard anyone say they're outdated, in fact many of these guests love this unit, and request it since our pictures accurately reflect the unit.
We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We haven't heard about poor lighting in the bathroom before, but we will make sure to check it out. Perhaps a bulb went out during your stay.

We usually do not get a complaint regarding the temperature of our water system but we will look at the individual unit and see if there is anything that needs to be corrected.
