Conhe?o este hotel a muito tempo, a vista dos quartos sao Top, o ponto que falta para ser perfeito, seria uma higieniza??o dos ar condicionado e retirada ou higieniza??o do carpete, temos renite alérgica e sofremos um pouco por isso.

We have stayed several times at least 5. This time we noticed that windows do not keep loud noise out. The commode would not flush chain was unlatched. I had to put my hand in to manually flush. Than a loud noise was coming from bathroom same commode pump had to be replaced. Not even a few glasses were available to drink a glass of water.

Hotel Arya did not do well! Sorry guys, this trip was a miss. The needs a serious refresh to command the kind of price I paid. I would have been better served staying at a Marriott courtyard or even Hampton. The room needs: repainting , bedside lamp not work, hair in a dated tub, not a walk-in shower. Tv did not work. Heater did not work. Not impressive.

Recepcionistas n?o dominarem a lingua espanhola! Minha estadia foi razoavelmente ruim! Achei muito grosseiro os recepcionistas. A que nos atendeu n?o falava espanhol. Pediram um cartao pra cau??o de 250 dolares. Ate agora n?o fizeram estorno! Estou aguardando. Minha estadia ja tinha sido paga no Brasil. Sinceramente, dessa vez n?o me agradou o atendimento!
