Resort is beautiful & staff is excellent. Food is good - we liked Carbon best. Beach & adult pool were great. Downside: really hard selling of vacation club plus annoying vendors on beach constantly.

Clean rooms, excellent staff, good location and always felt safe. Food was very good (but expensive) at the grill and average at Bella California (French fries were always cold). All that said, this was my first time to Cabo and I would go back here.

Loved the room. We had a free upgrade for some reason. The view was spectacular. The staff was lovely and friendly. Top notch. Clean room, nice pools and beach. Beautiful landscaping. Super expensive drinks and food—we did not do an all inclusive package. Price takes your breath away even with strong dollar. Food not worth the cost; very mediocre. But we had a nice time.

The rooms clean. Staff was wonderful! Enjoyed the spa and services. Lots of options to eat and able to walk into town.

Great pool, best beach access than most place in Hawaii, great food variety, children and resort-driven activities make this place unique, attentive/responsive staff, and special crowd.

everything was great, very nice people working there. Rooms clean every day and very good food and drinks. I only have one complain, I had to pay extra for my 16 yo daughter in the hotel, and in the reservation she was already included

Prices are extremely high! 15% added to your bill as a service fee, but no one never explained it. I was never told they had construction going on. Lots of noise when your trying to relax by the pool.

Bar staff not attentive. Slow to get drinks at pool, down by beach sand chairs, and by the Bella restaurant. Food was not fresh or hot when buffet style. Only fresh made to order tacos and sports bar was alright. Otherwise, we were full, but never satisfied. The handout provided in check-in was inaccurate and didn't show where the restaurants were.

Really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, especially Vin and Gregorio in the restaurants. Our children have severe food allergies and we felt very safe with them as our servers.
