Our family of six adults spent a week here between Christmas and New Year’s, and Panorama Lodge exceeded every expectation. Owned and run by Brigette and her family—true Zermatt locals—this stunning lodge offers the ideal blend of warmth, comfort, and authentic alpine charm. From the seamless train-station pickup to thoughtful access to the sauna, steam room, laundry, and small fitness/massage area, every detail was handled with care. Brigette was always available (in person or via WhatsApp) for spot-on restaurant recommendations, shopping tips, and local insights—helpful without ever being intrusive. The lodge is impeccably clean, quiet, and beautifully designed in modern Swiss style. Breakfast was a highlight: a generous European spread served in a bright, glass-enclosed space. We stayed in the Panorama Suite, a spacious two-bedroom with breathtaking Matterhorn views, a peaceful atmosphere, and a well-equipped kitchen that made a few cozy meals at home easy and enjoyable. One note: the lodge sits atop a steep climb from town, so be prepared for some vigorous walks—but for us, the panoramic views and tranquility were well worth the uphill climbs. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Panorama Lodge without hesitation. We already can’t wait to return—and to see Brigette again, affectionately known in our family as the Chic Mayor of Zermatt. ?????
Sehr empfehlenwert! Sch?ne Wohnung, tolles Frühstücksbüffet, freundliche Besitzerin, ruhige Lage in Zermatt mit direkter Sicht aufs Matterhorn, N?he Skibus….zudem bietet Zermatt das ultimative Ski- und Bergerlebnis.
Wundervolles Wintergefühl mit tollem Service. Einrichtung ist fabelhaft und gibt einem wirklich das Gefühl zum Abschalten. Ich konnte für 4 N?chte das grosse Apartment geniessen und wurde bestens bedient. Die Wohnung wurde auch jeden Tag geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl. Zudem ist der Raum, um die Skiausrüstung zu lagern, sehr praktisch. Bushaltestelle ist auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt von der Lodge. Werde gerne weiterhin vorbeikommen! Gruss Herr Schneider
Traumhafte Lodge mit einzigartiger Aussicht auf Matterhorn, ruhige Lage, wundersch?n eingerichtete Appartments, Service ist perfekt, t?gliche Reinigung, sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet. Dorf und Bergbahnen sind zu Fuss oder Bus (Haltestelle wenige Meter von Lodge entfernt) gut erreichbar. Brigitte ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und man fühlt sich sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen. Einfach alles perfekt! Herzlichen Dank für die wundersch?nen Ferien, wir kommen gerne wieder!
The hotel is very comfortable, with spacious rooms, modern and well-equipped facilities, and beautiful views. This is my second stay, the first time was six years ago. I highly recommend it as the top choice when visiting Zermatt.
Everything about our stay at Panorama was perfect, but the most perfect of all was the kindness, the warmth, and the attention of our Hostess Brigitte. The lodge itself, the views from the lodge, the convenient access to skiing, and the convenient access to the Village of Zermatt were all outstanding, but she is what made our stay exceptional. We absolutely would stay here again.
Accueil excellent et personnel très serviable et sympathique, logement et installations de très grande qualité, environnement chaleureux et chaud, vue sur le Cervin à couper le souffle, tout était parfait! On reviendra!
We stayed three nights in the Panorama Suite (top floor with large deck) with direct views of the Matterhorn. The suite has an amazing layout, open and spacious, with large windows in the living room, kitchen/dining area as well as the master bedroom. The living room and master bedroom also have huge sky lights that allow for amazing star gazing. The bathrooms are spacious and well appointed as well. The morning buffet breakfast provided a large selection of fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, cereals, as well as hot eggs and bacon & sausage. And as Americans we loved the endless coffee we could have during our breakfast. We loved the "out of the tourist" location in a very quiet, residential area with access to the bus line. It is also just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Brigitte, the owner, ensures her guests feel welcome! This is an absolutely great accommodation in Zermatt!
Un h?tel fantastique, en plein c?ur de Zermatt face au Cervin, un accueil très chaleureux, le personnel est à l’écoute de nos besoins. Un super buffet de petit-déjeuner, h?tel très calme et très bien placé pour partir skier ou en randonnée. Je recommande à 100% les yeux fermés.
Que ce soit l’appartement décoré avec un go?t exquis , l’excellente literie , le petit déjeuner complet et savoureux ,la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Brigitte , Deborah et Thierry ,tout à Panorama Ski Lodge nous a séduit .Se réveiller avec la vue sur le mythique Cervin...Et en guise d’au revoir , la neige est venue saupoudrer ce si beau paysage . Magnifique appartement h?tel .
