Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été émerveillés par le panorama exceptionnel sur le Cervin – un spectacle à couper le souffle, visible directement depuis notre appartement. L’hébergement était spacieux, parfaitement aménagé, avec une cuisine moderne et une grande salle de bains élégante. Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable et pensé pour le confort et la détente. Le personnel a été d’une gentillesse remarquable, rendant l’atmosphère encore plus accueillante. Après une journée de balade, quel bonheur de se détendre dans le joli hammam et le sauna de l’h?tel ! En résumé, un séjour parfait dans un cadre idyllique, où tout est réuni pour se ressourcer face à l’un des plus beaux panoramas des Alpes. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs plein la tête et une seule envie : revenir !

Everything was absolutely excellent, far beyond our expectations. Brigitte and the whole family (Thierry, Deborah, and their team) made us feel right at home from the very beginning. Brigitte personally prepares breakfast – and it’s simply out of this world! They provided us with every possible comfort and assistance. I had a wonderful stay at Panorama Ski Lodge. The view of the Matterhorn was absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. Brigitte was truly lovely and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable — everything I could have wished for. I loved my time here and would gladly return!
One of the best b&b i have ever stayed at. Absolutely stunning view of the Matterhorn from the bedroom and balcony. Location is not far from Zermatt town centre, walkable distance. Brigitte is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic too. Loved our stay, I will surely come back.
J’y suis allé le week-end dernier et franchement tout était top. L’appartement est super bien équipé, très propre, spacieux et avec une vue magnifique. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le service aussi mérite un 5/5 : accueil chaleureux, équipe dispo et vraiment sympa. Bref, une super adresse à Zermatt que je recommande sans hésiter !
?????????? Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment in Zermatt war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist wundersch?n eingerichtet, ger?umig, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub in den Bergen braucht. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Matterhorn ist wirklich unvergesslich – sowohl beim Morgenkaffee als auch beim Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – ruhig und friedlich, aber dennoch nahe an den Bergbahnen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bereit, bei jeder Frage zu unterstützen. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem man sich wie zu Hause fühlt und gleichzeitig Luxus mitten in der Schweizer Natur genie?en m?chte, trifft mit diesem Apartment die perfekte Wahl. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne wieder!
We had a wonderful time and experience. We were met at the Zermatt train station by Déborah. It was a complimentary shuttle to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful, the room was large with 2 large bedrooms, a kitchen, large living room. We had everything we needed. We were only there 2 nights, but enjoyed our time. Déborah who worked at the reception desk was awesome. She was kind, sweet and anticipated our every desire. She really made our stay perfect. You could tell she cared about her job. We definitely stay again. The view from the balcony of the Matterhorn was exceptional. Our room had 3 balconies!
We had a wonderful stay in two large suites for our family of 10. The suites are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and we enjoyed the steam room and sauna after skiing each day. The location is about 15 min. walk up the hill from the town center, and is next to a red-line bus stop. The views from our rooms of the Matterhorn were gorgeous.
Our family had a magical stay at the Panorama Lodge in Zermatt! Our wonderful host met us at the train station, making our arrival into town seamlessly easy and comfortable. She led us into our gorgeous flat (Cervinia) and were wowed: unobstructed view of the Matterhorn, modern furnishings, and big beautiful bathroom. Everything was thoughtfully designed, down to the big soft bath towels and robust kitchen supplies. We spent four nights at the Panorama Lodge and our expectations were exceeded the whole time. It was nice to be perched above the central part of town, which meant that our area was always quiet but it was also easy to walk down to find everything we needed. In the opposite direction it was also a relatively easy, short hike to the main gondola leading to the ski slopes. There’s also a bus stop just near the bottom of the driveway, making it easy to get around town without the uphill climb back. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Panorama Lodge to anyone looking for a lovely stay in Zermatt!
