La habitación les falta un poco de limpieza abajo de la cama, el personal muy bien , solo, en mi opinion, el del restaurante le falta un poco de mejor cocina para que logren que los huéspedes quieran quedarse a comer ahí, la recepción muy bien, y el manager también.

Upon checkin around 11pm I was assigned a room. 3 hours later at 2 in the morning I received a call from the front desk that there had been an error and that I needed to switch rooms. I was highly uncomfortable with this as as solo traveller. It was never explained to me why it could not wait until the morning. The manager did offer me breakfast meal vouchers and a resort fee waiver for the inconvenience after I asked to speak with her to file a formal complaint. Hotel staff were rarely available at the front desk (it was often empty). After the room switch my credit was charged for the room that was not mine ( I was essentially charged for both rooms). I could not get a clear answer from the desk staff about how to resolve the issue. And had to escalate the issue to upper management who took days to respond. Even during my check-out I had to find a security guard to help me locate front office staff to complete the process. The hotel itself was fairly nice and the Agave restaurant on site was lovely. Due to the lack of customer service and non-presence of staff when needed, I will not be staying the this hotel in the future.

1. Communication is really lacking for reserving a conference room. The hotel staff cannot book it directly, and it took a week to get in touch with someone from corporate to do it. It was frustrating and unprofessional. My assistant and I called every day for a week before someone finally got back to us. Don’t book this hotel for business. 2. Don’t expect room service. The hotel says they offer it, but no one answers the room service phone line at any time of day. I had to order postmates to my room.

This hotel seemed to be falling apart, paint was peeling everywhere, the lamps in the room were flickering and it was dusty. The only nice area was the pool but on the website it says it closes at 11 pm but it actually closes at 10pm, which messed with our plans. The staff was nice and tried to be as accommodating as they could.

A nice hotel located just a block from Lensic & Georgia Okeefe musuem and just a five minute stroll to plaza. Room was spacious and bathroom appeared to be updated though wallpaper was pealing. Nice touch: most lights on dimmers! Refrigerator was missing temp control knob and in need if defrosting. Most of our items froze within 24 hours. Our workout in fitness center was interrupted by a mechanical mishap that filled the room with smoke!?. Luggage racks only for use by bellhops so bring some currency to tip! No EV charger in garage.

The resort was clean, quiet and in a nice location. The staff was a little less friendly. The bar closed very early. No one was generally at the gift shop at early hours. Overall, I would stay again but some staffing issues should be addressed.

The hotel is perfectly located. We encountered a number of 'first world' issues that you shouldn't have to deal with for this level/class of a hotel. Firstly, the headboard was poorly assembled and sqeaked with EVERY movement. After a horrible night sleep we told the front desk, who later informed us the headboard was assembled without hardware. After it was fixed, the subsequent nights were'nt much better because for some reason, the sheets did not cover/reach the foot of the bed. So our ankles and calves were grated on like sandpaper. Finally I was able to find our housekeeper and beg her to pull the sheets down of the corner of the foot of the bed. The restaraunt was under staffed at breakfast, and as such the waiter had a bit of an attitude. Later on the day while in the lobby I overheard two ladies complaining about his rudeness, so it wasn't just us that noticed. Kind of a crappy way to start the day at a resort. Especially after a few days of bad sleep. The thermostat in our room never reached temperature so the room was cool, not cold, but borderline intolerable after we'd shower (heat and humidity). The shower door wouldn't fully close. One of the two hottubs didn't work half the time, well, it worked too well as it would scald anyone who tried it. An event organizer who was there told us they experienced the same problem, with the same hot tub, months earlier and complained...apparently to no avail. Will visit Santa Fe again, prob not Eldorado.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and the valet and Bellman are excellent!!!! Great location. The beds and premier bedding are outstanding!!!! I got a great nights sleep! The agave restaurant had horrible food & cocktails, and was very overpriced. Small shower and bathrooms. Terrible in room coffee. No fireplaces lit and bar closed outside night. Big miss!

I booked the deluxe room during the balloon fiesta so prices were hiked up. Check in was easy, valet guy that worked nights was awesome. Upon checking into my room, I was disappointed to find the bathroom outdated. Wallpaper coming off, and it just needed to be refreshed. Mirror was dirty but I didn't complain. I would stay somewhere else next visit.

Why we will unfortunately, never stay at the Eldorado ever again: We started coming to the Eldorado, Santa Fe in February 1987. It was brand new, beautiful and bustling with guests and activity and close to the plaza. Through the 90’s we stayed here almost every February. We loved it! We had not been here for a while and were eager to return. We checked into our room and immediately noticed that the floor was dirty and hadn’t been swept or mopped and the bed frame was broken. We un- packed and then went to turn the air on. It didn’t work. We waited a little time and it still didn’t work. I called the front desk at 5:15 pm and G said they would send engineering up in 10 minutes. Perfect, we were going out for a milestone Birthday dinner; the reason for the visit. We returned three hours later. Air still not working, I called again. G said someone would be up immediately. A half hour later I went to the front desk and G said again said they would get right on it. No one came after a short while so I went down and touched base for the 4th time. I asked if there really WAS an engineering dept? She there was. I said if they didn’t fix it soon that we would need to change rooms. She got on the radio and then gave me keys to the room next door. Minutes after getting back to the room; a very nice man showed up. I stated that we were trying to get this fixed for almost 4 hours. He said it was the first they had heard about it… After a few minutes he determinedly that the m
