This is an excellent place to stay in Russell with every facility you need. Rooms are studios with cooking facilities and are really spacious with fabulous decks with views over the harbour, a real asset for viewing the beautiful sunsets. The accommodation is immaculately clean, the beds super comfortable and the showers excellent. Catherine is a great host, there if you need her but not intrusive. It’s an easy downhill 5 minute walk into town, not so easy on the way home as it’s uphill and quite steep! However the upside of the steep hill is the amazing views.

Fabulous accommodation, great location and views with everything you need and more. Catherine, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful and there is so much to do in this delightful, romantic holiday destination. Bellrock lodge was the ideal location to base ourselves.
Bellrock Lodge is a beautiful property tucked on a hill above the town of Russell. Such a picturesque view of the town & harbor. Easy access to shops & restaurants. What a delight! Terrific hosts! Highly recommend!!
Private Lodge oberhalb von Russell gelegen. Herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Ort. Zimmer top gepflegt und sauber. Holzfu?b?den vom feinsten. Zimmer ger?umig mit allem, was man vor Ort braucht. Badezimmer top mit Doppelwaschbecken und hervorragender Dusche. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Great location... would be lovely to sit outside & enjoy the view & sunshine. Walkable to the town & wharf for people not deterred by steep grade. Comfy bed.
Best stay in New Zealand so far. Everything was perfect, high quality in the details and as a bonus I got a nice hot SPA after coming back from boat ride and dinner :) Can highly recommend!
