这家酒店在中国游客里很不出名，我是偶然看到的，结果成了整个斯里兰卡行程最惊喜的一家酒店！真的是小而精致，所有的布置都非常有格调，不愧曾经是英国女王下榻的酒店。其他地方不説，单説一个小细节，酒店在湖边，野生动物猴子、松鼠这些也很多，但是真的一只蚊子都没有，坐在湖边看日落极度惬意。就从这个细节就可见酒店管理真的下了功夫～唯一就是酒店wifi 长时间不用要重新登陆，有点麻烦，但是网速可以～

The hotel has everything to be great but staff is not yet trained to deal with client. I had in this place the worst experience ever from the time I’ve arrived in the hotel. The receptionist was rude to me, we had to escalate the situation and then manager come to solve it but it totally messed our night with the reception misunderstanding.
