Philia is one of the cleaniest hotel in Rome. I have lodged in many hotels in Rome, but Philia is on top. From the corridor to rooms are well cleaned. ROOMS AND BEDS ARE KEPT CLEANED EACH DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND PHILiA for tourist. Philia has an well functioning elevator. The staff are amazing,The Lady who takes care of the rooms is polite.

The furniture is old. No hot water. You can’t get a shower. TV is not working. Air conditioning is not working. Don’t recommend this hotel.

It’s a quite old hotel. All are good but it’s common to see old furnitures etc. The location is great tho, it was easy for us to navigate around Rome. There are also multiple Halal restaurants nearby. Overall was satisfying

Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de la Estación Termini de Roma. Realmente en el centro de Roma. Ideal para una o dos noches para recorrer las atracciones turísticas de Roma. Hotel Antiguo pero bien mantenido con buena seguridad. De noche la zona no tiene mucha vida, si de noche hay mucha gente, cafeterías abiertas, lockers de maletas y demás. Volvería a ir

設施比較老舊一點。最大優點就是離termini火車站很近，300米走幾分鐘就到了。去羅馬斗獸場走30分鐘左右。

é um hotel bem novo e moderno (ou reformado recentemente). O quarto era grande e funcional. A localiza??o para mim foi boa pois estava só de passagem (e de carro), mas n?o é próximo ao centro. Nenhum verdadeiro problema, apenas pequenos detalhes de baixa importancia: o banheiro é grande, mas o boxe em si é pequeno. O ar condicionado aponta diretamente para a cama. E o café da manh? poderia ter um pouco mais de op??es (mas n?o é ruim).

The place is well located and the receptionist was simpatic. Moreover, the hotel is old fashioned and wasn't clean from the main entrance to the room, especially to toilets.
