Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff were second to none! They very kindly upgraded our room, offering breakfast and providing complimentary credit to be used in their restaurant! The housekeeping staff were brilliant both during day time cleans and evening turn down service. My husband and I absolutely loved the Saigon restaurant on-site, authentic fresh tasting food! I cant fault this hotel nor its staff! Brilliant location where you can explore mamsha/ cornische. Old musuem is just 2km away and new musuem and pyramids a short 30 mins drive depending on traffic.
It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years. We had informed them in advance that we were traveling for our wedding anniversary, and upon arrival, they had beautifully decorated our room with rose petals and prepared a lovely, delicious cake as a surprise. The room, lobby, and overall hotel atmosphere were very elegant and well-organized, and the staff were extremely polite and respectful. The only downside was that every night from midnight to 1:30 AM, there was very loud music—I couldn’t figure out the source( we were on the 12th floor) but everything else was outstanding, and I definitely recommend the hotel.
The hotel is so big, clean well organized, breakfast was so delicious and nothing missing, my room was so clean, but above the night club, I keep hearing the music till 1 am, my check in was not that smooth, my room was not ready till 4 pm, location on the Nile river
I have a memorable experience during my stay FG room with full Nile View with Lounge Access. FG team members are well trained, patient, professional and more. What impressed me most was their food. Food and beverages were delicious. One of the staff asked me what I want to order for my dinner, then I said I'm vegetarian. The staff helped me to confirm with chef regarding my request and at the end served me a vegetarian spaghetti. It was so delicious. Besides that, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. I like the welcome drink and chocolate too. Thanks to the FG teams, thanks to cleaner (cannot remember his name) and thanks to Irish as well.
