Lovely small hotel, 2nd floor of historical building. Good size rooms! BEST location ! 10-20 min walking from any main sight of Rome! Reception works only daily time, but self check in is easy and well explained in advance. Raffaella works on reception, is very friendly and always gives nice suggestions.

Giudizio complessivo: La posizione centrale è l'unico vero punto di forza di questa struttura, supportata dalla cortesia della receptionist. Purtroppo, le condizioni igieniche e la manutenzione della camera non giustificano assolutamente il costo elevato. Pro: Posizione Imbattibile: La struttura vanta una posizione estremamente vantaggiosa, nel cuore di Roma. Quasi tutte le principali attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Staff: La receptionist è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, offrendo un'ottima accoglienza e supporto durante il soggiorno. Contro: Stanza Inadeguata e Sporca: La camera era notevolmente sporca e piena di polvere. I muri presentavano segni di usura, inclusi "pedate" e macchie, dando un senso generale di scarsa igiene e manutenzione. Problemi in Bagno e Manutenzione Precari: Il bagno presentava gravi problemi di manutenzione: dei due tasti dello sciacquone, solo uno funzionava. Inoltre, il cavo della doccia era tenuto in posizione in modo precario con del nastro adesivo (scotch), un dettaglio inaccettabile per una struttura che si propone a un certo livello. Rapporto Qualità-Prezzo Pessimo: La condizione della stanza non giustifica in alcun modo il prezzo di quasi 900€ speso per il soggiorno. Un prezzo simile impone standard di pulizia e manutenzione impeccabili, che in questo caso sono venuti a mancare totalmente. In sintesi: Consiglierei questa struttura esclusivamente per la sua posizione strategica e per la gentilezza dello staff. Se la pulizia, la manutenzione della stanza e il rapporto qualità-prezzo sono una priorità, è vivamente consigliato cercare altrove. La qualità della camera è profondamente deludente e non è all'altezza del costo.

We really enjoyed staying here - to be clear, this is not part of a hotel - it is 4 rooms on a street, so there are no facilities other than the room. That said, it is in an amazing location and we were able to walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see - the furthest being the Colosseum which was a 30 minute walk. The Vatican is 15 mins, Forum 25 mins, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps 15 mins and the Pantheon 5 minutes. The rooms are located on a street where vehicles are not allowed, so it was quiet. Piaza Navona is 100m away and there are literally hundreds of restaurants (99% Italian) within a short distance - Trastevere area was a 25 minute walk and a great fun area full of more restaurants and bars (similar to the Sorbonne in Paris). The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be taken at Santa Lucia restaurant across the street and was reasonably priced. Irene, who works at Nova Domizia, was brilliant - recommended places to eat and even arranged a free breakfast in a cafe for my wife's birthday. If you just want a place to sleep when in this stunning city, I can highly recommend Nova Domizia.

Хороший отель в минуте ходьбы от Площади НАвона, рядом хорошие кафе и рестораны , на рецепции работают прекрасные ребята , которые объяснят все , в том числе если планируете приехать после окончания времени заселения, вышлют подробную инструкцию на вотсап, дадут рекомендации по кафе. Минусом этого отеля конечно стала чистота ванной комнаты , душевые кабины пора заменить , или почистить , везде грязь и плесень . Еще показалось немного странным что за замену полотенец надо доплачивать , иначе их меняют раз в три дня. Так же нам не пополняли запасы геля для душа , пришлось все покупать в супермаркете .

Posizione fantastica e comoda a tutti i siti di maggior interesse nel centro di Roma, in una delle più belle vie della capitale. Personale molto cordiale e attento. La struttura è dotata di ascensore. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa e letto comodo.

The location is excellent, and staff helpful. The condition of the property is mediocre - floor boards outside the bathroom were a hazard, bathroom door handle was broken, the exterior door hard to secure, and the bed was terrible. There was lots of noise upstairs when guests were active.

This hotel was perfect for us to be so close to tourist sites. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to. It is centrally located between the Trevi Fountain, Forum complex, the Vatican, and other sites, so it was a perfect destination for us on our trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It's not a fancy hotel or room, but it got the job done and was honestly exactly what we were looking for, prioritizing location over amenities.

The washroom sink is not working, no way that you could wash your teeth or face or do anything without getting dirty water splashed. It was literally clogged when we got there. And the reception is only there between 9-5 so if anything is wrong, you cant tell until the day after. Another major issue was that you cany close the washroom door, the door is very old so it keeps bouncing back. No way that you can go to washroom/Bathroom and have a privacy! Which is very odd!
