As always it was a very comfortable stay. It’s a great location, the staff is very friendly and our room was very well appointed and comfortable. I’ll be back again.

Had a really lovely stay. Good check-in experience, very easy and welcoming. Room was spotless, great bed and nice amenities including bath robes and slippers. Bathroom was not large but clean and modern. I struggled with the air conditioning so the room felt a bit stuffy and opening the window wasn't an option street noise

Room was beautiful and spotless! The bathroom felt like being in a spa with the plump towels and dressing gown and eucalyptus body wash. I requested a quiet room as I am staying for work and the team kindly organised this and even upgraded my stay. Staff were more than happy to help with any and all requests including booking taxis etc. The hotel is gorgeous and I’d definitely stay again next time I am in Dublin.

Very clean room, we had a free upgrade from the very friendly staff. Hotel is in an excellent location with everywhere you want to go on the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.

The overall experience was excellent. All staff from front of desk, housekeeping and restaurant were friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms have been renovated to a very high standard. Very clean and with all the little added luxuries included. The hotel is ideally located and is only a short walk to grafton street, yet it is quiet and relaxing. Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Very good breakfast. Lovely staff arranged for cooked porridge and offered a second very nice espresso coffee. Highly recommended.

One of the best resorts I have stayed in. The staff here is always ready to help and has lot of activities. The rooms are very I mean very spacious and has an excellent view of the rivulet beside. Food was excellent and was prepared to perfection. However there are few downside to the resort as listed below: 1. The room had some wierd smell which(may be bug spray) but lasted all the time. 2. Rooms were very far from restaurant and had no proper lighting. 3. With it being one of the highly rated resort, the staff had trouble understanding either English or Hindi. Only spoke Malyalam. 4. Some form of transport from Reception area to room would have helped. 5. Few activities were cancelled but we were not informed earlier.

I would stay again. How ever the dining near the bar was not organized. Not enough waiters. The music was not irish. Disappointed. Finally the early morning person had a strong accent...hard to understand.
