The room was spotless and the staff with whom we interacted friendly, helpful and warm, nothing less than we would expect from an Irish hotel, even though some of the staff are of different ethnic backgrounds, as it is everywhere in the world now. Roger, the bartender, as his older compatriot, are fantastic, as are all the people at the front desk.

Was a pleasant stay, very friendly staff, good size rooms, clean, comfortable beds. Convenient to everything, shopping, attractions, restaurants, pubs and bars.

Excellent location and hotel, but it was the service that stood out - very friendly, personal yet professional.

Didn’t eat at the hotel. Shower had quite a lot of mould up high that could just be wiped off. Great location and staff very helpful.

One of the best resorts we have ever stayed in. Lots of activities, staff with a charming face, always ready to support you. Yummy food and well maintained Villa.
