Absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely guest house, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the room spotless and beautifully decorated, very detail was thoughtfully considered. The hosts were kind and attentive, making us feel right at home, we truly enjoyed every moment and are looking forward to our next Visit Highly recommended

We had a very restful night at Lavender Manor. Comfy bed, nice bathroom facilities and everything we could possibly need. Also a wonderful location - an easy stroll to the beach.

Tolles Guesthouse Einfach toll. Lage, Zimmer, Ausstattung, Frühstück, Empfehlung durch Host. Wunderbare Terrasse für ein Glas mit Blick auf das Meer.

Een Guesthouse met zeer vriendelijke mensen, gelegen vlak buiten het centrum en op pakweg 300 meter van het strand. Ruime kamers, sober ingericht en helaas zonder airco. Het is niet super de luxe, maar wel schoon met acceptabele bedden. Ontbijt wat wordt geserveerd is in orde. Parkeren kan voor de deur en het guesthouse heeft een mini zwembad om even in af te koelen. Voordeel is wel dat er wel een paar plekken in het guesthouse zijn om te loungen als je wat comfortabeler wil zitten buiten je kamer. Voordeel is wel dat Hermanus veilig is, met enkele laagbouw locaties.

Wir hatten die Luxury Suite mit 2 Balkonen mit Blick auf das Meer und Garten gebucht. Es stellte sich heraus, dass dieses Zimmer nur über 2 kleine Minibalkone mit 2 Klappstühlen verfügte. Blick aufs Meer war ebenfalls Fehlanzeige. Die Suite befand sich im Hinterhaus. Zum Frühstück musste man immer über den Hof, vorbei am Minipool, der sich ebenfalls im Hof befand. Das Zimmer selbst war auch schon bisschen abgewohnt, h?tte uns aber nicht einmal so gest?rt, wenn die Lage und die Aussicht gestimmt h?tte. Wir haben es vorgezogen, uns eine neue Bleibe zu suchen, denn diese 2 N?chte w?re unsere schlechteste Unterkunft w?hrend unseres 4 w?chigen Urlaubs gewesen. Wir haben dann kurzfristig ein günstigeres und viel sch?neres G?stehaus gefunden. Die 2 N?chte wurden uns voll berechnet.

Um hotel super charmoso, limpo e confortável, localizado numa área bem tranquila de Hermanus. O quarto é ótimo, tem frigobar, TV a cabo, ar condicionado, banheiro amplo, chuveiro bom! O café da manh? é delicioso e os funcionários e donos do hotel s?o muito atenciosos e educados! Amei e pretendo voltar! Hermanus foi uma cidade que marcou minha viagem! Vale à pena conhecer!

Compared to our other stays , this accommodation is very average , our bathroom light switch worked intermittently , the generator noise when load shedding was on was very noticeable . On the first day no pork sausages for breakfast , on second day no croissants . Our friends room was a little dingy , we had the best room facing the sea . Drinks are at honesty bar , but I found 20 RS for tonic was expensive , when 25 RS for gin. and there are no signs that bath towels are not replaced , even when placed in the bathtub were just hung back up without replacement .Safe did not work and owner had to replace lock Hosting could be improved as very little info provided when we first arrived and she disappeared , anyway we only had 2 days there so just about acceptable , not sure why so many good reviews
