Great staff especially Ivan, the bellman! Rooms were clean& amenities provided daily. Hotel was quiet at night& beds were comfortable. Buffet was good but expensive. Would be nice to get a discount for hotel guests! Check in was a little slow, could’ve had more than 1 person at front desk. Overall, a great stay at a great hotel!

Todo en orden, habitación impecable, personal amable, servicio al cuarto eficiente, ubicación del hotel top, todos lo servicios funcionando, gimnasio siempre en orden y limpio, recepción atenta, muy responsables y el menú que incluye el desayuno está variado, solo les falta alberca pero todo para un rato inmejorable familiar.

Clean area, safety environment, friendly staff, the only things I don’t like they no respect our 15% off on our meals by expidan plan and our last day facility does not have water on the property
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, justo frente a catedral, asi es que es accesible para visitar todo el centro de la ciudad a pie. Desde luego hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Lo mal, al hotel le falta mantenimiento, se ve y se siente viejo, la alfombra de la zona general le urge un cambio. Los cuartos los mantienen limpios, pero tambien ya les hace falta una renovacion. El Desayuno muy bueno, pero en general el personal muy seco, en el turismo hay que ser mas amables y serviciales.
Hotel Emporio is well located in the center of Zacatecas. What stood out most was the staff, who were consistently helpful and attentive. They made check-in smooth, offered clear guidance on the area, and were quick to respond to anything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the combination of location and service made for a very good experience.
Great Customers, staff were wonderful. Close to all the events and airport. We love going every year for September 15. So much fun!! We meet a lot of people!

El hotel es excelente, el servicio inigualable me dejaron asombrada con el buen servicio que nos brindan la comida excelente y las instalaciones muy bien muy agradable
Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable, el ruido de la fuente del patio central emite un sonido relajante. Las habitaciones son cómodas, con lo necesario para pasar días tranquilos.
La atención de los encargados es amable y las indicaciones que dan son claras. Definitivamente volveremos!
