We had a very good experience in norling the people here specially Ismrit, Aita and kabita gives very good at there work. They are so polite and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, cleanliness was excellent, and the staff was extremely courteous. A special thanks to the kitchen staff especially Kabita and Ismriti for their exceptional kindness and support. They went out of their way to help me with handling and feeding my child, which truly made a big difference for us. Their patience, care, and willingness to help were heart-warming. This level of personal care is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel.

Dinner was very good. Service was excellent thanks to Smriti. But due to a bonfire right behind our dinner made it difficult to bare with the music and the ambience. Position of our candle light dinner could've been better.

If you’re looking for a blend of elegance and high-energy celebration, this is the place to be. ?The Food: Every dish was delicious. The spread was diverse, well-prepared, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Definitely a highlight of the night! ?The Ambiance: The hotel was beautifully decorated for the occasion. The lighting and setup created a warm, festive, and upscale atmosphere that felt very special. ?Entertainment: The live music was fantastic. The performers knew exactly how to engage the crowd and kept the energy high all the way into the countdown. ?The Service: What really set this experience apart was the staff. From the front desk to the servers, everyone was attentive and professional. A special thanks to the Unit Manager "Akshaya Pradhan"and the leadership team, who were visible and hands-on throughout the night, ensuring every guest was having a great time. ?Verdict: Highly recommended for anyone wanting a seamless and joyful holiday celebration. We can’t wait to come back.

We celebrated New Year’s Eve at Summit Norling with a group of 13 people, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. It can be hard to find a venue that accommodates a large group so seamlessly, but the staff here handled everything perfectly. A massive thank you to Akshaya Pradhan and the entire team for their incredible work. The event was professionally organized from start to finish—everything felt seamless, which let us actually relax and enjoy the countdown!Honestly, the food was delicious! Every bite was a winner. We were greeted with such a warm welcome, and the friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed with a smile all night long. The bonfires were the perfect touch, keeping us warm and creating such a great atmosphere to hang out. The entertainment was fantastic and, most importantly, the team ensured a safe environment for everyone to party without any worries.If you haven't been to Summit Norling yet, you are seriously missing out on a local treasure. Whether it's for a big event or just a weekend dinner, you have to check this place out.

Had a great time in the resort. The room service and the service at the restaurant was great. A special mention to Kabita for the awesome service.

The rooms were good ! The staff was even better specially the Dining staff . Kavita was very professional and excellent and treated us and al guests with politeness and compassion. Namrata at the reception was also very good and helped us with the bookings.

Thanks Summit Norling for hosting us for few days. It was an amazing resort to stay, An excellent experience on Christmas Celebration, Special thanks to Mr Prince (Sardar ji and Akshaya UM. Hotel Staff is very helpful and too good care of everything. Food, can't be missed, Special acknowledgement to Ms Kavita and Ms Ambika for serving at cafeteria. Thank you once again!

Your location (though seems a little far from the main city), is beautiful with very attractively laid out facilities. ?? The atmosphere was superb including the lovely weather conditions at the time of our visit. ?? Rooms - were very comfortable with all needs and necessities available in it. ?? We could get fresh air , good food, great feelings and enjoyment during our stay with us. Real value for money ?? A special word of deep appreciations to all the three Cafeteria staffs - Kabita,Ismriti and Aita. They all looked after us very well while meeting all our requirements with dedication and sincerity. Kabita and Ismriti really deserve a pat on their back for their professional approaches to their jobs assigned. ??
