Room is very clean and bed very comfortable. Good room service everyday, unlimited complimentary water, coffee, tea, cookies all day long. Wifi available in room. Staff are courteous. Location is close to Union square and all transport. I will stay here again next time. The only flaw is the TV is not connected to power & no power cord provided, hence can't watch TV, hope this can fix.

I had a trip with my family in SFO, and stay in chancellor hotel for 3 nights, due to some booking issues, I was unable to check in properly, the staff of chancellor who help me out especially VIVIAN, she was very kind and patient to help me step by step , and finally solved my problems, I was very appreciated ! ?Other staff are also very nice and friendly, overall we are very satisfied with our stay, I will definitely introduce this hotel to my friends and come back again. I will rate this hotel as 5 +star!!!
A decent hotel with very good location. Me and my 2 kids came for a vacation for 4 days in San Francisco and we had a good time both outdoor and indoors in hotel. Only setback is we hv to fetch water from lobby. We can’t boil our own water for our drinking. Either than that we were very happy with the service and stay. Good place to travel to places of interest.
