Very convenient location close to underground and food places. Really helped having free parking. Lovely patio area and friendly staff. The room was nice but a bit compact. But it was good for the price.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit Verona for first time. RE was a good choice because it is close to all attractions covered by the Verona Card.
Room and bath was clean with daily room service. Breakfast has sufficient variety and coffee to order. Staff was quite attentive and efficient.
Both receptionist were very kind and helpful. Can’t ask for anything else.
We had room facing Corso Porta Nuova which is quite busy as it is close to the Arena and a school (university campus). Since the heater was on, the room was quite warm. The only option was to open the window. Note that it gets noisy until after 10:30-11:00pm. But we were able to get good sleep with the window opened.
Thank you to staff of Relais Empire, we were able to enjoy Verona to its fullest.

主要是旁边就有地铁站方便第二天一大早去机场。印度老板24小时都在，挺热情的。

Very friendly staff. Bathroom clean and good size. Room was a bit small for 2 persons, the bed too.
All appliances you need are in the room.
So i consider it a bit too expensive because of the size of the ?room and bed.

Really nice place, no problems. Great location in the city centre. The room was very clean and looked fresh/renovated. I was happy with value for money. Would stay again.

Really loves this huge room only for me! This curved shape and king sized bed, nice color of interior, calm and peaceful. A bit hard to find this place but worth it.

l’accueil le jour du Check in est très metigé, l personne n’était pas professionnel, malgré le faite que j’ai demandé un Check in vers midi et malgré que l’h?tel est presque vide, je n’ai re?u la clef de la chambre que vers 14h
Le ménage de la chambre est approximatif, et durant les 4 jours de mon séjour le ménage n’as jamais été fait?
L’h?tel ne serve pas de petit déjeuner

Spent one night at the hotel as wife and I were visiting the area to watch the annual Arunmula snake boat races. The hotel is small but very cozy. We were provided a suite room which was really very nice and well furnished. The staff at the hotel were really very nice and helpful and went out of their way to look after us, including making local travel arrangements and our onward travel to Trivnadrum Airport. The rest5serves quality food cooked to order. The hotel is managed by Ms Srija who is doing an amazing job taking care of the guests and leav8ng no stone unturned to ensure a perfect vacation. We were treated like family visiting rather than paying guests! Cann9t say enough good things about all the people we engaged with at this hotel and we will definitely be back fora longer stay soon.
