Отель в самом центре. Удобная локация. Забронировали на сутки, продлили еще на сутки. Номера чистые, не убитые. Персонал приветливый.

Приехала в 15.30 Но оказалось, что свободных номеров нет. Пришлось ждать около 40 минут. С завтраками обманули - их просто нет. Но расположение отличное!!! Кровать и постельное хорошее! Маленький, но уютный номер.

The location is excellent and it’s also convenient but I wasn’t satisfied.
Pro: I found collaboration at the reception.
Cons: I saw other images different than the reality when I booked the hotel. There was a lot of dust (the telephone in the photo was already cleaned) so due to my allergy - but also for a medium standard of cleanings - , I had to clean when I entered in the room with some specific products fortunately I had with me. In addition to this, there were a lot of rusty taps and they should be changed/ clean with a specific cleaning product. The carpet was dirty as well as the bed decorations as in the photo. In this case, I suggest to remove ruined things to make the room cleaner. The last thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that at the reception I had some language barrier problems speaking in English. Some people known English well, but not everybody and this is a sort of problem if you have to give info at the reception. I’m not happy to give this review but I hope this will be inspiring to have a better cleaning’s standard and happier guests.

A budget-priced hotel that has seen better days. Staff are friendly and our room was specious, with a balcony. The cobbled side street location is quiet. The cleanliness needs management focus, especially the shower/toilet was dirty. We reported it and is was improved but not enough. Sheets also too small for the bed. A value for money stay but don't expect too much.

Location was excellent as were the staff
Staff were excellent and location was fantastic.
Pipework in bathroom slightly noisy and needs seeing to.
Suggest bigger sign on downstairs security door asking guests to close gently as regularly slammed during the night.
Bar fridge kept nothing cold and was small but staff provided ice which was much appreciated.

Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street.
The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious , ?modernised and eye catching decorations.
I booked for the cheapest a small ?single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy ?to browse and watch )and free WiFi .
There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs .
There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees.
The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come.
All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .
