Rooms look old-fancy, with beautiful marble mixed with aging but intricate wood finishes. Functionally, totally fine, and I’m sure the old-fancy style is standard for Venice. No elevator, of course, for our second-story room.
Staff was responsive but no front desk presence is in the building. Hallways/stairs were dark when we left early in the morning.
This was my second stay, first was 2 years ago. Great eating options near by. The ferry to the airport is short walking distance. Front desk of check in location were bilingual and very courteous.
A localiza??o é muito boa! No geral, vale o custo-benefício! Porém,como pontos negativos: as pessoas do prédio da frente falam muito alto e fazem muito barulho! Os hospedes também achei muito barulhentos, como n?o tem recepcionista, nao tem como reclamar . N?o tem elevador, dificulta muito quando se tem malas pesadas! E o fato de fazer check-in ser em outro predio tbm dificulta a logística!

Lovely stay at this hotel. Really convenient location, and only a 10 min walk from the train station. The interior of the room is beautiful, very unique and pretty.

The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating and really contributed to what was a pleasant stay. The location was conveniently close to the train station, and was right on the canal with many dining options. The room was very well cleaned and nicely decorated, quiet, with means to keep the room dark in the morning.
Loved the room directly under the attic (seeing the old wooden beams). The room was very clean and quiet, yet conveniently located. Would go there agai
