We loved this place. The location was great and the room itself was beautiful. I was almost sad leaving my beautiful room.

If you’re looking for a room for canal view, then this is not the one you have to choose. Only two rooms out of nine got the view, then you should try your luck then! The first night I was given the only room on G/F which is a dark room, no window at all. I felt suffocated. Even there’s one in the toilet but mosquitoes kept coming and going, and it’s for ventilation purpose when you take a shower. After shower, I dried my hair by the equipped hairdryer. It’s weak and then burnt! White smoke came out from the back of the hairdryer. I was worried there would be a fire too! And I immediately texted the hotel and requested for the change of room! I couldn’t sleep well on my first night in Venice as my hair was half dry and the burnt smoke took time to vanish as we opened the only window in the toilet. The next day, they replied me and agreed to change the room for us! This is the thing I did think the hotel is good!

Um charme O quarto era um charme, com uma decora??o a cara de Veneza, as coisas bem conservadas e o banheiro bom. A localiza??o ficou ótima, perto da esta??o (Veneza Santa Lúcia) e em um bairro com muitos restaurantes por perto. Só precisa se atentar com a quest?o da recep??o que é no outro hotel na mesma rua.

Lady at the counter was a bit rude. There was an additional fee of four euros per room for both mine and the party I was traveling with. She refused to accept our credit cards for payment said it was a city tax and she needed cash only. At the time we did not have euros as of yet and she refused to take US currency. Eventually, she conceded to taking our credit card for the so-called tax but only if we paid for both rooms together

饮食店へのアクセスが良い、施设も快适清洁感があり、丁宁に清扫されていてとても快适でした。レストランやバーへのアクセスがしやすい场所にあります。また宿泊したいです。このホテルにチェックインするときは、チェックインの场所别のホテルになることに気をつけてください。

とても良かった想像以上に可爱らしいお部屋で感动しました。シャワーので具合もよく大満足です。夜になるとホテルの周りも赈やかですが、部屋は静かでとても快适でした。また次回も泊まりたいと思います。

Lovely room with a great view of the canal. Quiet spot at night as at the end of the walkway. Easy check in at the hotel along the canal. There is work being down on the canal outside so there was some noise first thing in the morning. Safe wasn’t working in the room and we could find English channels on the tv (not the end of the world!). Not a proper shower. Just a shower head to use in the bath. Bed was quite hard but got used to it and air con worked well. Would book again!
