i love their cleanliness, the toilet is dry and clean.
the floor is clean. spacious and big single bed.
even i can put my bis luggage on the floor still id and enough space. love of the Qiblat direction also have.
they provide water dispenser outside the room, so no need to buy mineral water.
just that its too noisy. not suitable for family with kids. and for someone that like quiet area.
Nice location.
Staff dlm gambar so friendly.
Hotel ni takde peti & sabun mandi. So sesiapa nk dtg bawak la sabun mandi apa semua.
Air aircond dlm bilik mengalir keluar. Need to fix it.
Iron ada dekat luar bilik sahaja.
Overall nice & boleh la buat2 tido area Bukit Bintang.
The reception service & Housekeeping Service was very poor very bad . However location is so nice.
We didn't clean the rooms and the towels didn't come.
2 boys travelling in Malaysia. Room was nice and spacious, had OK AC but it struggled to counteract the tropical heat. Amazing location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, very close to Jalan Alor and minutes from MRT station.
We were told on check-in that housekeeping would only be provided on request which is fine. However despite requesting housekeeping every day, particularly fresh towels, we did not get. On the 3rd day we got fresh towels put just inside the door many hours after we asked for them. On the final day we had run out of toilet paper (+ a spare roll we brought) and had to ask reception for more which they brought. Reception staff were lovely regardless, just poor service...
Overall was a good experience and very good option to stay at. For stays longer than a couple days I'd make sure to organise housekeeping well with reception otherwise the towels etc. might become unpleasant.
Trip was spoiled by hotel stay. Checked in room 320 and 411. Room 320 aircon dripping water and bed got soaked badly. Informed front desk on 5pm nothing done till next day 8pm after back from outing. Aside this is true our 3 days stay totally no housekeeping and fresh mineral at all. Dispersal outing lobby cannot drink with smelled badly.?
Trust me anyone reading this never book Kingston hotel 1 at Bukit Bintang. Go imperial best choice. Our trip imperial was fully booked that why we opted this poorly managed hotels-
I booked this hotel based on online reviews but never again. I reserved 2 nights but ended up checking out after just 1 night because of these issues:
1. The room was very dusty and felt unclean.
2. The toilet was dirty, especially under the seat cover which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
3. No towels were provided upon check-in. I had to request three times and only got one the next morning at 9am. To make it worse, there’s no telephone in the room — you either need a local number to call or go down to the lobby (since I don’t have a local number, I went to the lobby 3x!).
4. The bedsheet was itchy and uncomfortable.
5. Check-in was slow as staff were busy chatting with each other instead of assisting guests.
I understand the rate is only SGD 43 per night, but I’ve stayed at other hotels in the same price range that were much cleaner and far better managed.
The only positive here is the location — plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas right outside the hotel. Other than that, I would not recommend this place.
Bagi bilik kat level 7 tapi lift sampai level 6 panggil bersihkan bilik sampai 3 hari stay tak datang make up room kalau tak cukup pejerja itu bukan alasan untuk hotel yang berada di tempat ramai macam tu
Please take noted next time mantion bilik tu level 7 dan tak ada lift orang tua susah nak naik lah
I was at the lobby at 11am but was informed room was not ready but I am allowed to keep my bags.
When I return back at 2am,I found no towel in the room, since there is no other option to contact the reception,I came down.Waited more than 10 min and later I found a emergency contact handphone number. So I called and answered by 1 Indian national lady and told me that no towel to give and ask me to wait till 8am because the housekeepers will only come at 8am.This is my worst experience that I have sleep without a shower.
The best part was the Indian lady hang down the phone when I ask her what is the solution
This kind of hotel will tarnished Trip.com’s name
