The hotel is amazing. Absolutely beautiful views and photo opportunities. 1 minute from the beach walking and the people are the most friendly out of anywhere I have ever been. All inclusive the food as amazing help your self to as much as you want with different dishes every day and the food in the alicarte was like a Michelin star restaurant. Already booking my stay for next year I cannot recommend enough. Memorys to last a lifetime

We returned to this hotel after first visit last October and it did not disappoint as we were worried if it would be as good for second visit Staff so friendly and helpful the receptionist Anna and her colleagues could t do enough all the bar staff and they remembered us which was a nice touch Any issues delay with swiftly Will be rebooking for next year

Great family-run hotel that offers good quality food, quiet*, calm accommodation and a friendly welcome. The rooms and gardens are clean, modern and well maintained. The pool is a good size with plenty of sunbeds and seating. As a solo, female traveller I felt safe and well cared for. The beach is an easy walk of only about 150m. The hotel also offers a fabulous massage and reflexology service run by Stamatis - I indulged in a number of treatments during my stay and I highly recommend him and his assistant. *The hotel is on the arrival path to Heraklion airport so if aircraft bother you then please be aware.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene gebucht mit 7 Tagen all inclusiv ,aber das Zimmer nur für 2 Personen und uns wurde nur 6 Tage all inclusiv an der Anlage benutzen den 7 Tag mussten wir nochmal bezahlen , 7 tage bezahlen und 6 Tage nutzen ,so macht das Hotel Geld ..

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify that our check-out time is at 11:00 AM, and the all-inclusive package is valid until then. After this time, any additional consumption is subject to extra charges, which is standard policy in many hotels and clearly communicated upon arrival. However, as part of our commitment to guest satisfaction, if a guest arrives late and misses lunch on the first day, we always offer lunch on the day of departure — including drinks — as a courtesy, even though it goes beyond our official policy. We understand that misunderstandings can occur, but the comment suggesting that the hotel is trying to make money unfairly is not accurate or acceptable. Our aim is always to treat our guests fairly and with respect, and to provide the services included in their booking. First time staying at Thai lovely hotel and will definitely be going back next year just about to book Felt relaxed and settled in from First day there arrived very early in morning and Staffa compadres us by letting us into our room very early so we could get some sleep … room lovely clean great showers view of sea Hotel quiet and five minute walk to other bars restaurants and beach Staff were so friendly and helpful Bar staff Billy made our stay great , Anna from reception also very helpful and all other bar staff and waiters were excellent Restaurant food couldn’t fault at all was half board No sun bed rush at all and pool music nice and relaxing and not blaring Rooms cleaned each day apart from Sunday nothing was too much for any of staff when asked for any assistance Would highly recommend for couples or friends wanting relaxing break Can’t wait to visit again next May

Photo’s in this site don’t do the hotel justice. Small friendly family run hotel. Just returned from this lovely hotel Anna and team very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Good variety of food even for vegetarian’s House keeping do a great job We had a pool room , the pool was regularly cleaned the rooms were spotless. The garden areas are really well kept and the paths everywhere washed every morning. The beach area not great as it’s a small sea front but we hired a car and explored. Good free car parking at the hotel. Would highly recommend as a base . Thanks everyone for making us feel so welcome ??

Was greeted by Anna at the reception. She immediately gave us an upgrade for our honeymoon. Welcome drink was provided upon arrival. The grounds were gorgeous. We had a great room, very modern. The rates here were very affordable. It was about a 20 minute ride from the airport, which was very easy. There was plenty of parking. There are several lots around the premises. Cars are available for rent at the premises. The room was an open plan, meaning most of the bathroom was in the same room, where the shower and commode were like a separate “telephone booths”, in different areas. It’s a bit awkward for privacy, if you catch my drift. The shower was great! Plenty of hot water and large bottled bath gel and shampoo provided right in the shower. Our room had it’s own little pool attached to the porch, but it wasn’t so private, so we didn’t use it. TV channels went in and out, and there were too many French and German stations and not enough Greek stations. Excellent Breakfast Buffet. Plenty of different choices for everybody’s tastes. Great fried eggs and coffee. There was a huge dining room. The customer service here was outstanding, especially in the dining room. There was a nice big pool with a really nice pool bar. Plenty of sun beds. The beach is within walking distance to the hotel. It’s not the best beach for swimming but it’s pretty. It was wavy and rocky. Beach Towels are available at the front desk for 1 euro each. Plenty of nearby stores and tavernas by the beaches. There was a safe in the room. We had a very quiet and restful sleep here. I loved staying here, it was a really nice property and I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everybody. Efharisto Anna!

We loved our stay! It’s a cozy hotel perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good time. While there wasn't much entertainment—only a couple of events each week—we appreciated that even more. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind on the sunbeds, and we're not usually fans of that. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were made with quality ingredients. The staff provided excellent hospitality; everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. If you’re someone who enjoys chandeliers and fancy decor, this might not be the place for you. However, the hotel had a charming Greek style with boho details in the lobby and bar. Overall, we would definitely come back!
