Great stay! The stay was great! Bathroom was a bit small. Overall I loved it and have booked again for Christmas. Just FYI, there is a daily parking fee $25.

We really enjoyed staying here for a night! Friendly staff, very clean and relaxing room and environment around the property. The pool was super nice for afternoon relaxation. A great getaway spot.

Like: Nicely decorated; fitness center; pool; golf; overall service Disliked: Too few lounge chairs & umbrellas at tranquility pool; Need carpet on second flor of South wing to cut down noise on first floor; window treatment tough to put back up & no sheer curtains.

The Williamsburg Lodge is located right in the middle of Colonial Williamsburg. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to use the car for 3 days. It is an older hotel but that is what gives it the cozy historical charm.

We visited Williamsburg Lodge over the 4th of July weekend. The Lodge is upscale comfortable. We booked a Junior Suite that was spacious, nicely appointed, and came complete with a prep sink, mini fridge, and a coffee station. The grounds are gorgeous and are within easy walking distance to all things Colonial Williamsburg is known for. If you prefer, you can board the resort bus which loops the property and get off and on as many times as you like, There are many options for dining on property. You will definitely need a reservation to dine at one of the historic taverns; pricey but worth it. Of course, the fireworks were the highlight of the stay, as local residents and vacationers alike came together to honor our country’s founding; simply outstanding! We loved our stay at the Williamsburg Lodge. Highly recommended!

Our family of four had a great visit to Williamsburg and definitely would stay at the Lodge again. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance…tons of historic and relaxation opportunities nearby.

To say we were underwhelmed would be an understatement. This was our first stay at the Lodge. The buildings are beautiful. Once in the room, you would never know you were in such a nice hotel. It was as plain and ordinary as most budget hotels. Very disappointed!

Always a great place to stay. Very convenient. Took away a star this year for a very grumpy, unfriendly employee in the coffee shop. Otherwise, staff is always very pleasant and professional. Nice touch with the roses being given away to mothers for Mother's Day.

Room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Hotel is decorated nicely. Vibe is hard to read .. very quiet and not a lot to do, but there is a bar downstairs you can get drinks and food at. Walls are thin you can hear everything in the room next to you and in the courtyards it echoed. We played at the green golf course which was really beautiful. The room was nice but could have been cleaner. Tub was not clean grout was dirty and there was a beer car tab on the carpet when we came in so they didn’t vacuum. Pool is across the street and closes early. There is no fan in the bathroom so ceiling is peeling. They are very friendly and it’s a nice pace if you are looking for a calm peaceful hotel. We had a nice stay.

Property is very much in need of a renovation. I was very disappointed, had I known how run down it was I would have stayed elsewhere- for the price I paid I could have had a much more luxurious property. Also- I am a Marriott member - I had to move rooms because the first one reeked of cigarettes and was not on the property/ it was a separate part far away. When I requested a room change due to smoke and vicinity I was told I had to pay $75 additional. I would have thought they would have treated me better seeing how often I travel and use Marriott properties.
