La propiedad es hermosa. Las habitaciones son cómodas y todo está bien cuidado y limpio. El personal es muy atento y servicial, especialmente Emanuel, Nadia, Gilda y Kareli. Nuestra estadía fue muy cómoda y placentera. Estamos bien agradecidas de haber escogido este hotel para nuestras vacaciones en Tulum. :)
It was like in the pictures. and its near by the main road in Tulum City. Nice people and very helpfully in all situation. We recomand ! The street its under repair but looks like will be done this season. We recomand to follow staff recomandation for trips and rentals.
Definitely a trek to get to the hotel and not necessarily the safest to walk at night as a female (there are some dark corners) but a very wonderful hotel otherwise. Just be ready to have to pay $150mx every time you want a taxi to and from el centro.

It exceeds the expectations in regards to ambience, the photos don't do it justice. It's clean, fresh and neat. The rooms are simple and include the expected. Comfortable beds as well. The pool was perfect! Since most guests make excursions the pool is mostly empty during the day, so that leaves you alone in the quite if you like that. No music, and no noise at all. There are bikes to rent which was very convenient. Location: yes, it's in the outskirts of the pueblo/city center, and yes the street is a bit sketchy, very dirty and it has no street lights. You can however easily walk to the center area and there are several options of restaurants very close by. But bikes makes life easier. This is a great place to stay for comfort use as a base for different daytrips and excusions. All in all it lives up to the expectations and promises. The real disappointment was the breakfast. It was poor. Very poor. But it was great for our purpose of the stay we intended!
Nice and simple hotel with a beautiful pool and outdoor area! Quiet location but only 10-15 mins walk to the centre and 5 mins from Palma Central. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Really helpful and friendly staff, they helped us with taxis and tour bookings. Staff were also readily available if you come across any issues! Free breakfast, which was simple but enough and lovely, with fresh juices everyday!
