新しい宿なので 全体的に绮丽です
温泉は 隣の地蔵の汤からの源泉なので 约42℃ とても热いですが 私には 热さ泉质ともに とても良かったです
後は 部屋のシャワーや雪駄 部屋着 快适でした
ロケーションも汤畑から近く便利です
驻车场が狭いので 车の移动はちょっとめんどいかもですね
マネージャーは素敌な方です

Отличный новый современный онсэн-отель. 3 минуты от Юбатаке. Номер просторнейший, с большой ванной комнатой с душевой кабиной. Удобные кровати. При заезде в номере вода, пакетики чая, дрип-кофе. Есть чайник, ведерко для льда (автомат для льда есть в общих зонах отеля), мини-холодильник, сейф. Выдали даже лист информации на русском языке (!) В номере - юкаты, хаори, корзинки с комплектом из двух полотенец (если планируете посещать онсэны за пределами отеля). В общественном онсэне большие полотенца тоже есть. Две купели с двумя разными типами местной воды - одна ротэнбуро с серной мутной водой, горячая (43-44 градуса), вторая внутренняя - с сульфатной прозрачной (39-40 градусов). Есть приватные онсэны за доп.плату, бронь через сайт (ссылка по куаркоду на ключе от номера). На крыше по 3000 йен/час, внутренние на 1-м этаже - по 4500 йен/час (там туалетный столик с феном и пр.). Ключ нужно брать на ресепшн, оплата при чек-ауте. Брала одну такую внутреннюю, всё хорошо, но вода в купели слишком холодная для меня (39 градусов, не больше). Стильные общие пространства. Еда роскошная, этакий осовремененный вариант кайсеки (очень здорово, если уже наелись стандартного варианта). Красивая посуда, подача на уровне. Для гайдзинов дают меню на английском. Помогли вызвать такси в Манза онсэн. В общем, рекомендую, молодцы!

Location is good, easier accessible from the bus station and within 3 minutes walk from the Yubatake. But it is surrounded by construction and therefore the view is not attractive.
Service quality is good, staff are friendly, helpful and responsive.
Food quality overall is fine. Yet tradition Japanese cuisine would make the experience of an onsen vacation whole more than fusion cuisine.
Choice of onsen is limited versus the price level. Only 1 public bath is available. The 4 rental baths add more to the range of choice but they are quite quickly occupied.

This is the first time I give a bad comment on hotel that ranging this price. Although the location of the hotel is nice, the staff here are not well trained and impolite, which is not really deserve this price and this standard. The staff at the front desk is very impatient, and the attitude is quite rude, such as pointing finger while talking, and is not helpful at all. Compare with other hotel which are less expensive, the attitude is unacceptable, and staff here seems lack of training and passion to work, and not being nice. The room is not really cleaned up well, and there are some insects on the rooftop.
