Worst hotel and very run-down. Dirty. Very unfortunate to book such hotel for 3 nights. Noisy in the weekend.
Personally, they could do better in the maintenance.
Need to inform ahead for cleaning the room next day, what a joke?!

The hotel itself is good, spacious family room with 2 king beds. Appropriate aircond for the room size. There are no smoking signs in the room, but somehow the smell of cigarette smoke is in the hallway and leak into the room. Depends on luck regarding surrounding guests whether they follow the rules or not.

no lift maybe I'm not reading the information about. no electric keetle but a water dispenser provided near the iron's room. for 1 night stay still ok. the staff very helpful.

Nice budget hotel to stay. Kecik je bilik tapi okay je sorang duduk. Bawah ada banyak kedai, n senang cari makan. Okay je overall. Cuma parking susah nak cari yg dekat, kalau ada rezeki dapat dekat dgn hotel ada la. Kalau tak kena jalan sikit. Tapi takde la jauh mana pun jalannye.

Strategic location with quite lots of parking. Cleanliness can be improved. Otherwise affordable and welcomed with free peanuts snack ??

Situated close by Alor Setar town. Very convenient for visitors if planning to visit Alor Setar town.

Easy check in and out. Helpful staff. Convenient location with options of eateries, pharmacy and near Lotus’s. Love the room layout. Quite spacious for us travelling with our 10 year old. Nothing much on tv but we’re ok with it since we’re mostly out early morning and return to sleep at night. Clean common area and room. Toilet got a little bit of mold, quite unnoticeable since using dark tiles. Overall we’re satisfied and definitely staying here again. ????
