Urban inn is my go to inn when im in town, but in recent years seems like the maintenance is getting worse! My room water heater is spoilt with some sound buzzing from the water heater! Turn it off and i didn even complain on the spot cause im just tired and went to sleep after my cold shower! Before checking out i did point out the problem with the receptionist

Quiet room requested. A bit small but can still perform solat in the room. Bunch of dust found under the rattan box. Maybe hskeeping need to double check when sweeping the room ??

Bilik sangatlaa selesa, aircond pun sejuk sangat sesuai utuk travel ngn kawan2,, yang mana nak chekcin, hotel ni sangat recommended!! Memang terbaik

Great beachfront location with beautiful views and clean, modern rooms. The staff was friendly, and the pool area was well-maintained. However, the Wi-Fi was slow, and it was a bit noisy at times. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

Best! kat bawah banyak kedai2. Like bakers cottage, CUmart, Bask bear, 7E, klinik pun hadooo. haaa duk la sini. recommended!
