I deeply regret choosing this hotel. I spent my money with no value in return.
The internet was extremely poor from the moment I arrived. The toilet had a water leakage, and I had to call for maintenance, which resulted in a significant waste of time. The towels were so heavily used that their white color had noticeably faded. The concierge does not respond to phone calls.
Honestly, this hotel does not deserve to be classified as a five-star property.
Unfortunately, had my booking not been non-refundable, I would have checked out on the very first day. There was constant noise outside the room, and I could not sleep properly, despite being on the sixth floor.
I will never stay at this brand again.
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The pool and beach service team thoughtfully provides blankets after you swim. What truly stood out was their attentiveness—if they noticed you were cold, they would proactively bring over two or three extra blankets to cover you. It was this level of considerate care that made the experience truly unforgettable.

This was my first time staying in a Waldorf Astoria hotel, and it certainly won't be the last!
The hotel was beautiful with great amenities and friendly staff. The pool and kids' water area were great.
We included breakfast in our booking, and it was the right decision, as it was the best hotel breakfast we had ever had.
I have nothing negative to say about our experience.
