It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and always perfectly clean, giving you the comfort you need. The Spa services are amazing, high-level treatments that help you relax and recharge. What makes this place truly special is the people. The staff is professional, warm, and they make you feel like home every singe time. And the restaurant? Absolutely the best! The food is delicious, and the hospitality is exceptional. If you are planning a trip to rhe Black Sea in any season, Iaki hotel is the best choice you can make.

My family and I stayed at Iaki Hotel from November 28 to December 1, and we were very impressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their warm attitude made our experience even better. Overall, it was a lovely stay—ideal for couples looking for relaxation, but also perfectly suited for families. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return.

My family and I stayed at Iaki Hotel from November 29 to December 1, this is the second time we’ ve come. The rooms ar big,well equiped and confortable , the bathroom has ecerything you need, daily cleaning, we feel at home. The staff very friendly and polite, food very good. Everything was excellent.

Great overall. But you should check the damages made by others and charge them. Torn curtain, one of the tv's had a line in the upper side from left to right. As for the breakfast, please change the juices and go for natural. The juice dispensers gave me water only, the mix is not great. The pastry is awful, find some good one's: mini donuts, cheese pastries, chocolate croissants, home made maybe. Change the cremwurst, as you can find them each morning and they are mediocre. Ad some taste and diversity to others.

One of the best hotels in all Mamaia. Very spacious and clean room, the bathroom is great, and the view from the balcony is just something else. The price is fair for what you get. Highly recommend

Tres decu de cet hotel. Le site internet de l'hotel precise qu'il y a une piscine pour adultes et une pour les enfants. En realite l'hotel est plein de familles avec enfants et ne fait pas respecter les regles a la piscine. On n'a pas pu etre tranquille ni profiter de la piscine adulte car elle etait bondee d'enfants jouant avec des balons et sautant dans l'eau eclaboussant les gents et l'hotel n'a rien fait pour retablir l'ordre. L'hotel n'a pas de surveillance ni de garde pour faire respecter les regles, leur site internet presise pourtant qu'il y a une piscine adulte et une pour enfant. Ca a ete un cauchemard pour ma femme et moi qui avions choisit cette hotel car justement il precisait une piscine pour adultes et nous souhaitions etre au calme. Je deconseille fortement cet hotel pour les couples ou single, c'est un hotel fait exclusivement pour les familles et l'hotel fait tout pour qu'elles se sentent bien et ne tient pas compte du tout des couples et de faire respecter les regles. Le petit dejeuner et diversifie. Le buffet du soir et tres limite je deconseille. Le menu a la carte et correct mais cher pour le niveau de vie en Roumanie et la qualite des plats pas terrible, on est en face de la mer et on n'a pas pu avoit du poisson frais, tout etait congelé, c'est une honte. Les chambres renové sont correct. Le spa et bon mais payant, le parking est gratuit. Le nettoyage des chambre reste a ameliorer, on a retrouve un insecte sur un oreiller. Vous pouvez attendre jusqu'a 10mn avant d'avoir l'ascensseur car il n'y en n'a qu'1. On trouve beaucoup mieu et moin cher a Mamaia.

We spent 3 days in hotel IAKI. Very nice and elegant hotel, the room are perfect. Good breakfast. Private beach and a nice pool.

I spent two wonderful days in this hotel with my wife. I chose a package called "Perfect gettaway" which included dinner, breakfast and access to the spa and pools. Relaxing atmosphere and super positive energy. Super nice staff, professional, friendly and at the disposal of the customers. Tasty and presentable food. Large and very clean rooms. Spa area of 10. we will definitely come back!
