My stay was good I appreciate the ease of checking in and staff knowledge. My only issue was the television wasn’t working properly and by the time it was fixed it served no purpose due to time.

Great hotel, great location, and wonderful staff all around. We were greeted kindly at check-in and received a complementary breakfast as it was my birthday. The check-in staff was extremely friendly. Our server the next morning at breakfast was also extremely nice and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.

Great Stay Very clean, very comfortable beds. Only complaint we had was not a working bathroom fan and we needed the front desk help with streaming service stopped working out of nowhere. Beautiful stay and it was the absolute perfect stay for the show we went to at Xcel Energy Center.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. This was such a great location for us. We were going to a concert at the palace theatre. We had 3 kids with and it was with in walking distance of the theatre as well as the children’s museum and the science museum. Restaurants are mostly up scale in this area so finding something for lunch with kids was a little tough. Most places were expensive. Cosettas was our FAVORITE place to visit and also within walking distance.

Super clean and nice! Unfortunately I can hear literally every car noise at all hours of the day and night from my room. I was on the 4th floor. They changed me to the 5th floor, facing a different direction, but no luck. No sleep for 2 nights, tossed and turned all night due to loud cars racing, ambulances and police sirens. Bummer as it’s a nice hotel :/
