15 min andando del centro, limpio, ok para una noche o dos. El desayuno no vale la pena pagarlo. El Staff es muy majo!

Location is great in the middle of city also it was clean only drop point doors closed at 10pm .

El agua caliente de la ducha por la noche no salía caliente. Nos dieron otra habitación para ello. Tuvimos que pagar para dejar las maletas al llegar antes de hacer el check in 3￡ por bulto. En el desayuno, domingo, no quedaba fruta desde el sábado y no compraron.

Good location, super nice staff, good value for money. Just the hot water and heating timings were a bit off for us. But overall, it was a good experience.

I like the hitel but trip.con did not include breakfast and I hsbe to psy ￡8 a day if I want breakfast i was very unhappy about the flight booking I had to psy ￡48 ss Trip. com had not included my baggage tbe boarding agent it was trio.coms fault i an disabled and ￡48 is a lot if money for me

There is water issue at the time but later it was resolved and there’s not hot water and heating system wasn’t working.

pretty close to the station and overall comfortable. the common area is clean, comfy and spacious

The service is terrible. The place is still consider ok for the price but the staff are very rude and they overcharged me for the luggage storage. I asked for refund and the staff promised me that I will get the refund once the manager comes. But on the next day, they offer me 2 coffee tokens instead of the money for refund. When I insist to take my money back, the staff have many excuses that try to convince me not to do so. After I say multiple times that I want the money for refund, the staff taps on the computer and pretend to check something. She say that she need my card number, expiry date and I didn’t hear wrong that SHE NEED MY CVV! Horrible

Pretty far from centre, around 20 minutes walk. But still close to bus stops. Not bad the facilities as a solo traveller.
