This is a hotel that focuses on accommodating young people, located right near the UT Austin campus. The hotel rooms are small but very clean and creatively decorated, and the beds are comfortable. A ??special thank you to Brandon, who helped me resolve the issues I encountered during check-in, making my first day of the new year much less stressful. Thank you, Brandon.

Great location; it's walking distance from UT Austin. However, there are very few amenities. Parking costs $55/day (not included), no breakfast, and the lobby coffee was terrible. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave in the room. The shower and sink are in the room as well (only the toilet is in its own enclosed area).

This hotel is definitely for the younger crowd. We were in Austin for our son’s wedding and he was staying there as well so wanting to be with him we stayed there also. The hotel turned out to be great very friendly staff and the decor was absolutely amazing. Had a great time there! Will pass the word about Moxy!

Excellent stay! Only critique was receiving conflicting information on the drink tickets- we were told it was for one drink but the bartender say their were only 2 options to select from- neither which were very good. Other than that great stay!

It was a fun, lively, and got us in the mood for our concert! It is a no nonsense room with very little to get in your way, but the decor is neat and the bed was comfortable and nightstands are always a plus on both sides! Friendly, welcoming staff!

This is the BEST experience I have ever had at a hotel! Made me feel like a superstar! Love the complimentary drink, love the decor, cleanliness and the friendly service. The room is so epically designed. The location is everything. It was just a GREAT staycation for me and the family! We love a good Marriott and the Moxy is top tier in the chain! Love it!

The cleanliness of the lobby, elevator’s, and rooms was nice. The rooms are very small for a queen double bed. No refrigerators in the rooms. No iron and ironing board, only at the end of the floor in a stash closet. (Luckily, we received the last one) Housekeeping only checked rooms every other day. We had to constantly ask for towels. You can hear the footsteps of the upper floors. Wouldn’t stay there again, but will visit the bar.
