The food never disappoints at Dreams. This is our 6th Dreams we’ve been to and they have really shifted to cater to families with small children. I wouldn’t select this resort if you aren’t traveling with children, as there are no areas that are adults only. We had the preferred club and stayed in a king room with a plunge pool. The preferred benefits here only get you access to the preferred club and a small section of beach chairs. You do need to get up early to reserve chairs, as they get completely taken up by 9am across the whole resort. The service was wonderful and the rooms were very clean every day with fully stocked mini fridge. We did come to golf, which appeared to have included greens fees online, but that was not the case. We enjoyed our stay, but next time we’ll be booking at their adults only brand, Secrets.

The rooms are great and the resort is beautiful, but the walls are thin and if you’re looking for something a little more quiet, this is probably not your place. If you’re looking for great beaches, good food lots of drinks then this is your place.

Just right for a 3-generations vacation. Different levels of pools for all ages. Fairly consistent, good food. Sometimes hit and miss at the buffet. Overall nice and clean. Not too many activities. Which is what we like.

Kid friendly, thats great but i must have missed that. Chairs were gone and reserved by 8am everyday. Also, hard pressure sales to come visit their secrets resorts as a part of their vacation club. Big turn off.

Food was very good, with access to all restaurants. However resort music was very loud most of the day, which was a negative as expressed by seniors and young couples alike. Costs for bottles of wine ridiculously high.

First, the property is amazing and the suite we got was stunning ocean and pool view with jacuzzi. The services were quick and responsive. The room was pretty clean and tidy with notes from the maid. Everything was great until when it came to eating, the options were very limited for someone with food restrictions. If you are a vegan or a vegetarian please look elsewhere because the options are little to none. Most of the meals for us was bread slices and fruits. I hope the hotel listens to our comments, and have some vegan options, as egg is considered vegetarian, which many of us don’t eat.

Bathtub jets did not work. Toilet kept running 24/7, which got fixed once. Room was otherwise fine. Staff was mostly good. A very family oriented resort. Pushy on getting you to tour the adults only resort. Our last night at the Mexican restaurant was the best, but food overall was just OK.

Clean room, attentive staff, nice facilities. I had a fabulous massage! Food was adequate, drinks as expected. Only complaint was price of sunscreen in resort store…starting at $29 US!!
