El personal y los servicios en general son muy buenos, sin embargo no era de esperarse que la alberca estuviera deshabilitada, si está en reparación es algo que deben contemplar en los costos

Everything was amazing! Gorgeous view of the city from my room. I absolutely loved it!

Receptionists inesperte, e che non parlano inglese, lasciate a se stesse davanti a ospiti disperati per l'incapacità di comunicare. Da un hotel che costa così tanto non ci si aspetta un servizio così scarso. La hall è disordinata e non gestita. Davvero deludente.

Enjoyed the pool and the soundproofed room. Not the best area to walk but otherwise good.

Buen servicio y atención. El hotel está en buenas condiciones aunque ya un poco viejo. Necesita renovación. La habitación cómoda. El restaurante tiene buen menú y los alimentos buenos.
