in linea con la qualità holiday inn in Messico, posizione isolata, serve Uber per qualsiasi cosa.

Staff is very welcoming and customer service is second to none. The property is off a very busy road which can get noisy. AC was the only negative, it struggled to stay at 73 degrees, so it felt too warm at night. Otherwise, excellent place to stay. Great for families.

Mala experiencia
Mala experiencia llevo hospedándote ahí tres a?os seguidos y rentando la Master suite los tres a?os los vidrios sucios, focos fundidos y el ba?o se ve que lo acababan de arreglar porq en la pared dejaron manchado de cemento blanco, cuando llegue les tuve que hablar y llego el se?or de mantenimiento él tomó las fotos de los que les platicó

Nunca nos contestaron en recepción, y literalmente fue nunca.
Marque más de 5 veces para pedir toalla adicionales y no contestaron ni en recepción ni ama de llaves.
Lo mismo para pedir un bell boy para que nos apoyara con las maletas. Tuve que ir personalmente por el carrito

El servicio muy atento, las habitaciones limpias y muy buena atención por parte del personal. Los hospedamos por una hora destino toda la familia y quedaron encantados con las amenidades, la alberca con agua muy fresca adecuada para el clima soleado. Recomendado

Beautiful hotel. Food was good. Service was good, only a little English spoken, but they tried hard. Very far from queretaro airport QRO. The hotel coordinated with a taxi driver who unfortunately coughed and sniffled most of the way. Two days later, we were sick with a cold. He should have worn a mask.

My bedroom location, back of the building, made me feel claustrophobic. The breakfast was exceptional, but the evening meal was tasteless. We ordered appetizers and all came at the same time so by the time we tried the food it was cold. The wine was not good. Some of the food orders were taken wrong.
I would definitely never have dinner here again.
