Been back from our fantastic 8 nights at The Westin. We are both missing the place so much. We could not believe we had been upgraded to a overwater villa. Presumably because of our status with Marriott and the celebration of special occasions We so appreciate it. Unfortunately one of our bags got bumped off the seaplane I had read before this could happen, so we were prepared Despite this Laurent the Hotel Manager offered to launder my clothing ex- gratis This I declined as there was another flight due in later. Thankfully my bag was on this one. The next day there was a follow up call with again the offer of laundry. I appreciate this attention to detail. This seems to be the standard the resort holds. As every detail seemed to be looked after with your enjoyment the number one priority. There was constant follow up by all the staff to see if there was more that could be done. There never was as always more than satisfied without asking. We booked fully inclusive and given the prices we weee glad we did and did not have to mind what we were ordering. The quality of all the food and beverages were top notch. I can say this is consistently the best standard of food that I have had in any hotel. All the staff were very approachable and friendly and having an uncanny knack of despite the number of guests remembering our names room number and also our preferences of drinks and when we looked them. Wish I could remember all their names. But I’d also hate to name some when all the staff deserve a mention. Special thanks to Suid who took care of the housekeeping in our villa. Also like all the staff asked if everything was okay and any more could be done. My wife had said this would be her last time in the Maldives having been there numerous times. But The Weston has possibly changed here mind and if we can afford to do this again would gladly one day return and hope the same standards exist. Thank you to every one we had the pleasure of meeting and your doing a fantastic job.
We stayed in an overwater villa with a pool and the view of the blue waters and sunshine was beautiful. The villa is very spacious and the bed very comfy; the lavender sleep oil was a nice touch. All the hotel staff were amazing but especially Naveen, Waheed, AJ, Sandeep, Naafil, Santo and Fikree who took great care of us during our stay. The spa staff were also lovely and the treatments were so relaxing we went twice! Would love to return to the Maldives in the future!
My decision to stay in Westin is definitely a best ever decision. The island is super relax, comfy and very peace and relax minded if you want to take a gateway. The staff is professional, nice and we always feel welcoming. Never stop asking are we treated the best way ever.
The best hotel i stayed in Maldives, an incredible suprise on the good side, from island to acomodation to the people working in the hotel they were incredible I wish all hotels have this kind of employees. The food was perfect all 3 restaurants were great. Nature is perfect also on the island and if you want to do scuba you just have to swim a few meters outside your villa and you will see turtles, fishes of wonderful colors even small sharks.
Fabulous resort. The food was delicious, the rooms are absolutely beautiful so much space and on a delightful soft sand beach. The reef and abundance of marine life was a real treat with Dolphins passing by outside our room twice a day ! Loved it and the staff were so friendly
I had read the reviews of amazing service and can say it was excellent. Felt completely pampered after the trip. The staff was very helpful and catered to my toddlers every request. They provided us with a bottle sterilizer, crib, extra thin pillow… basically whatever we asked for. The over water villa was perfect and we saw dolphins every morning.
